What was the name of Andy Pandy's rag doll friend in the British children's TV show?
Andy Pandy was a marionette puppet created by Freda Lingstrom (1893-1989) and Maria Bird (1891-1979) for a children's television show of the same name, which was first broadcast in the UK on 11th July 1950. Andy had two friends, a teddy bear called Teddy and a rag doll called Looby Loo.
Andy, who lived in a picnic basket, magically came to life at the beginning of each episode. He often danced around or interacted with Looby Loo and Teddy. Looby Loo usually only came alive when neither Andy nor Teddy were around. Each episode featured songs, including 'Here we go Looby Loo', sung by the rag doll. At the end of each show, Andy, Teddy and Looby Loo returned to the picnic basket whilst a familiar tune sang, "Time to go home, time to go home, Andy is waving goodbye."
Between 1950 and 2002, four series of 'Andy Pandy' were produced. The first contained 26 episodes, ending in December 1950. The second series aired during the 1970s, and series three and four were produced in 2002.
What is your opinion on Pancho possibly being bisexual?
Might as well say the sky is blue! I think he gradually gets gayer as the show goes on, kinda along with the show itself. I feel like every character gets gayer by the end lol. Andy definitely had his influence on him

I will never forgive the Dawson's Creek writers for ruining Andie's character and ending her relationship with Pacey the way they did.
Season 2 builds them up, and their relationship blossoms into something so real and so deep only for the writers to have Andie cheat?? It made zero sense, and I refuse to acknowledge it as canon. Pacey was the best version of himself in season 2. He wasn't constantly feeling insecure and awful about himself. He felt like he was worth something, and Andie made him realize just how strong, smart, and amazing he truly is. They were beautiful together, but of course, the writers had to ruin something so great to make room for the fan service ship. They erased every ounce of character development Pacey had in season 2, only for them to give credit to that same ship the following season. It's been 20 years since this show ended, and I'm still mad. That's all. Thank you for coming to my TED Talk.
