J’ai été accepté dans la classe d’Andy J. Miller !

Petite news ! Je viens de débuter une formation en ligne avec un illustrateur que j’apprécie énormément, à savoir monsieur Andy J. Miller lui-même !

J’en ai déjà parlé plusieurs fois dans mes articles, cela fait des années que j’écoute son podcast et je peux clairement dire que j’ai énormément appris grâce à ce dernier. C’est la seconde fois qu’Andy propose une formation en ligne. A travers des devoirs écrits et créatifs, des conférences vidéos groupées, des appels en un à un ainsi qu’avec d’autres professionnels, le but de cette formation est de permettre aux créatifs de dégager une vision plus claire de leurs objectifs, identifier les problèmes rencontrés, élaborer des stratégies ainsi qu’une meilleure compréhension de soi pour aboutir sur des projets concrets pour nous permettre de passer “to the next level”. J’ai donc sauté sur l’occasion et lui ai envoyé ma candidature il y a un peu plus d’un mois. Quel ne fut ma joie et ma surprise d’apprendre que j’ai été choisi avec 9 autres “étudiants” pour vivre cette aventure ensemble ! Les 4 prochains mois promettent donc d’être intensifs et très productifs. Je pense donc que je ferai probablement une petite pause au niveau de mes articles pour me permettre de me focaliser sur mes commandes (of course !) ainsi que sur cette formation. Je vais surement apprendre pas mal de choses qui viendront m’inspirer pour mes prochains articles. So stay tuned ! Credit photo : Andy J. Miller

‘May Day - Sawbridgeworth’ I got a flat tyre yesterday in the school run. Thank goodness for good friends who can help you out at 2 minutes notice and for roadside recovery. While my true was being fixed @JohnMilestyres in Sawbridgeworth, I trotted off to the nearest field to slap some paint about. This painting is straight from the field; I haven’t done any further work on it or touched it up in the studio. It was a great way to spend a couple of hours. A big hello and thanks to @andyjmiles for getting my car back on the road. This painting is acrylic on canvas panel, measures 20 x 20 cm and costs £70. All my work is for sale. During one of the Christmas present donations for the shelter I snagged this coloring book literally I snagged it😰 i was omw to pick it up but they got it right as I reached for it and put it in a pile for a little kid. I just grabbed it real quick 🕵so glad I did such an awesome coloring book. Put together as a charity project by some of my fav indie bands. I've been binge listening to @andyjpizza 's Creative Pep Talk Podcast since I discovered it a couple weeks ago, and it is a revelation!! Every episode is mind blowing to me 🤯 The last episode I listened to talked about trying to make trash instead of treasure to help get the best creativity from yourself, so my first attempt at that was this sketch! I've got to loosen up more. How do you loosen up?
