This angry dog decided he had enough of me exercising so tried to interfere with what I was doing. In fact what I’m doing is making use of a neighbouring tree to my main tree because its branches are low to the ground I can exercise the right Lats that Are obviously missing out with all this exercise it I’m delivering to my left side. If you look carefully you always noticed I begin my climb using my left leg much more so than my right. This is because I’m still nursing the recovery of my inflame Baker’s cyst add to my right knee that seems to persist and not repairing yourself as quickly as I would like. Perhaps this is my fault and I’m not resting it as much as I should open haps the exercises actually doing it the world of good. Last night was amongst the most stressful nights I’ve had for quite a few months. Some very bad news left me feeling not in a good sleeping mood I was twisting and turning. And probably didn’t help getting up and making myself a protein fruit porridge at three in the morning because for the next two hours I was twisting and turning in bed and when I woke up at 9 o’clock I seriously felt like crap. Somehow I forced myself to go on a long walk but I wasn’t wearing the correct shoes and I will be slipping and sliding in the mud but I was determined that this is where I realise having a resilient and strong core makes all the difference and the walk easier. as you might of seen I did a number of short exercising and stretching on a bridge and buy a fence. That was this morning but now this was the beginning of my real work out at apart from two small slices of raisin bread sourdough I haven’t eaten since 3 am and now I was beginning a new workout at 3 pm. The only drink I had was a bullet-proof coffee with a tablespoon of MCT oil that I believe helps with all exercise. This video shows the warmup to what I did in the remaining videos.
