#angst for platonic dukexiety my beloved

I just wanted to write a dukexiety long fic about their friendship when Virgil was a dark side and how their relationship slowly died until they got to the present where everything that is left is pain and grief and regret and all those complex feelings that just make it harder for them to recover

ANALOGICAL MY BELOVED (BINGO!)

I love them so much its not funny. When I first joined the TSS fandom the only popular ships literally were prinxiety and occassionally logicality, so I'd literally read prinxiety fics and then just... insert Logan into the fic because there just were no analogical fics. That is how much i am in love with them.

Did you know their ship name could've been "angst partners" that's so fucking funny. I wish it was because that's the WORSE ship name I've ever heard. IT ALSO COULD'VE BEEN "LV" ... LIKE "LOVE".... THAT'S ADORABLE.?

I WISH ppl voted for anxogical. I think that looks so pretty .

LOGINCE

Logince used to be 1 of my fave ships, but not 2 much anymore. I still love them lots, I just am not as in2 them as I used 2 be.

I really wish they were friends in canon or at least able to interact positively. It feels like Thomas and his crew just don't know how to write them being friends for too long.

DUKEXIETY

I DON'T... HATE DUKEXIETY, I JUST CAN'T PERSONALLY GET IN2 IT. I have read dukexiety fics and I think their possible friendship is cute, but I would not purposely go out of my way to find content for this ship. It's more of like "oh my favourite fan writer/artist created content for them, I will support them!" That's the only way I really enjoy dukexiety content.

It's a good ship and I definitely see the appeal, but Virgil ships are not really my thing.

LAMP

SURPRISINGLY. I ACTUALLY DON'T LIKE LAMP.

AGAIN! I understand the appeal, I get why people like it, but I literally have never willingly read a LAMP fic unless it was like a focus on one ship and then had LAMP in the background so I could ignore it.

I much prefer familial and platonic LAMP, I am not a big fan of romantic LAMP at all. I think it's primarily because I literally can't read romantic Prinxiety, Logicality, and Moxiety content without feeling unwell and uncomfortable and I there's not that many ways you can ship that without having those ships. The only one I can think of off the top of my head is Logan dating both Roman and Virgil and Roman dating Patton.

I'm conflicted because I do want to enjoy it, it's a cute ship and I love polyamorous relationships and I enjoy them when they are in a found family type setting or are besties. But I literally can't.

I am also upset (/nsrs) because I prefer the ship name "CALM" but NOOO everyone wants it to be called "LAMP". IF YOU ADD JANUS IT'S CALMD. "CALMED". LIKE BEING CALMED DOWN. THATS SO CUTE?
