That moment when you waited ten years for both Kingdom Hearts III (actually, it ended up being a bit longer than that. But Nomura-san finally noticed that it had been a very long time since KHII at the ten year mark) and the fourth Madoka Magica movie. Heck, Final Fantasy XV, too.

#yes. i know. that one can argue that we might not have waited ten years for ffxv since. it actually ended up somewhat different from versus #xiii. but semantics #i'm also not getting into the 'khiii wasn't announced until 2013 and then came out in 2019 so you didn't wait 10 years for it' debate #you don't start waiting for something when it's announced #the fact is that khii ended on a cliffhanger with the letter from mickey so we knew that the story wasn't over and sora was going to go on #another adventure again. and thus the waiting for khiii began #and even if khiii technically hadn't been announced yet. nomura would talk about khiii in interviews some. like 'i don't think it's time fo #khiii yet' meaning there would be eventually #but anyway #also also i of course know we got kh games in between ii and iii and i played those games and love them #also waited fourteen years for twewy's sequel. but that was never guaranteed. really it's a miracle we got it at all since the first game #didn't do well. and neither did neo. according to se. and now we'll probably never get a twewy3 -sobs-
