Hiii! Im people anxious but wondered if you had any advice for people who think/worry/dont believe/think they know but also dont/have been told they should look into DID? Im sorry to ask but the confliction is one of my biggest barriers at the moment and I wanted to ask before I couldnt.

i'd say try to look into plurality as a whole honestly. it doesn't necessarily have to be did; it could easily be another, similar disorder like osdd - or even a form of non-disordered plurality, like what we've got going on

ofc idk what y'all are experiencing so i can't really give you an easy answer to your problem. simply looking into it is a great start though, and it might even help your headmates feel more comfortable trying to reach out to you - i know it did in our case :3

sorry if this advice seems rambly and confusing btw, we're kinda tired and i'm generally not good with words so sorry if it's not as helpful as you'd hoped ^^;

i appreciate you asking though! as a fellow people anxious person i know how hard it is to reach out for stuff like this and i'm proud of you for managing to do so despite the anxiety 💪
