A fine pair of bronze and gilt bronze sculptures both signed F Barbedienne and Ele Guillemin. Each in the form of a standing Japanese female figure in a kimono, one embroidered with prunus, the other with Aranes, one with a fan in her hand, the other with a spray of prunus blossom, each upholding five later candle arms in the form of lilies.
