I now understand why people say macarons are the hardest cookies to make :’D
#first batter went terrible#second batter was good! then it cracked#third batter cracked too 😭#this just shows I’m really good at fluffy cakes#not macarons tho#u need to beat the air out of these things#and I failed twice#baking#baking fails#anyway lesson for next time- beat the air out of these things harder 😭
