I've been watching ST since s1 came out and I feel like over the years peoples opinions of this scene have changed drastically but maybe that's just me?
I feel like even my own opinions on it have changed, It's a lot more "50/50 they're both in the wrong" to me now than it was back in 2016, but still I want to hear what people have to say. Please feel free to add your reasons in the tags!

$$holla hollas gimme dollas$$
so, since this is already the commissions info post I’ve got up and don’t wanna have to change the links where I’ve put it on my art and pages, I’ll just change up the info on this post. hope no one minds.
Tumblr media
I’m opening up commissions on here. coolio.
I’m still working with a mouse as of late. be aware that with commissions, especially if I get numerous orders at once, I’m prob not gonna be the fastest.
(more info under the cut bc I’m really sick of scrolling for ages to get to the end of my own post)
info listed:
my pricing
payment info
communications
what I can/can’t draw
‘I’m not interested in buying, but other people might’
my pricing
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
(my art tag has examples of more varied stuff I can do. [#my art])
depending on size, detail, style, and difficulty, prices may differ.
I’m always cool discussing these kinda things upfront, as suddenly mentioning the price you thought you’d be paying is actually too low after I’ve already finished the thing would prob be super inconvenient.
payment info

(insert ‘you punched the bursar’ joke here)
I am using my dad’s paypal for any and all transactions, as I kinda suck at keeping track of money anyway. shit goes through sun dad.
I’ll probably go with the common ‘you pay half price up front, you get a sample of the finished deal, you pay the rest, and I give you the full res finished piece after’ method. Full price up front works even better, but first time buyers may prefer this. If neither method work for you, we can probably work somethin out.
Be aware that I won’t start the commission until I’ve been paid to some degree.
how the heck do I get ahold of you anyway?
I’m always available via asks and dms, and dad’s email should be open for money related questions.
I keep hearing about this ‘invoice’ thing, but since it seems available only through paypal, I’m pretty sure that falls under sun dad’s jurisdiction. it’s not currently something I can handle doin myself.
Note though: dad’s email and any communications that go through him are a lot more formal than talking to me directly. as he’s an old fuddy duddy, he’s probably not gonna get that you’re serious if you make 5 mario kart jokes in a single sentence. feel 100% free to hit me up with exactly 100 mario kart jokes in a single sentence while ordering a commission, but like, maybe don’t do it w/ my dad. he’s like 60. don’t. however, most communications won’t concern him at all unless there’s an issue with the payment.
what can you draw?
can
fanart
furries
chibis
robots (like MTT complexity)
shipping art
ocs
icons
small gifs
pixels
suggestive scenes
basic landscapes
basic a lot of things tbh
gore/guro
specific color palettes
portraits/actual people
fandoms I’m not in
fandoms I don’t really like
traditional art
pls I just need the money ask away
(most pricing for these aren’t solidified so be sure to specify what you want and how you want it done when placing an order)
can’t (or rather won’t w/o extra pay)
mechas (like Transformers complexity)
explicitly nsfw scenes
overly complex scenery/backgrounds
also maybe don’t ask for somethin that’s gonna elicit questioning if found by the government please thanks
I’m not really interested, but your prices are pretty okay and someone else might wanna buy from you.
that’s cool; a reblog and generally just sharing this around really helps!! thanks for readin this far anyway!! have a wonderful day man
