you know its fun when you have those periods where you arent in a TERRIBLE mood exactly, like there isnt anything drastic or life-altering thats suddenly depressed you, but you definitely arent in a GOOD mood and there are many very tiny little insignificant things that compound over multiple days into what is very palpably not a good mood. and its like. well what am i supposed to do with this? wallow in it until it goes away? try and figure it out? fix it? what the fuck, man.
#magpie thoughts#magpie rants#good and bad moods are part of being human and its undeniable that we arent going to feel emotionally great all the time#but its STILL just like. well damn THIS sucks.#and i can even pinpoint the specific little triggers that led to this compounding feeling of mediocre-ness-- but theyre all so small or harm#-less it feels like i cant (or dont need to or shouldnt have to) DO anything about them#for instance theres those two essays i put off doing for way too long . but ive gotten them done and sent to my teacher now and the most i c#an do is wait until i hear back from him. if its mediocre work then its mediocre work there isnt much else to it#and then i feel kinda weird about the dark moon still but i cant figure out WHY i feel weird about it and not knowing#why i feel weird about it is making me feel even MORE weird about it. which is fun#and really its just those two things but ive also developed a habit of distracting from things that make me feel bad/giving myself short#momentary happiness through watching dumb yt videos for far too lengthy periods of time#as well as just kind of obsessing over webcomics and shit and generally rotting my brain in a way i have already been feeling morally guilty#about for a good while now . as i continue to do it . which certainly doesnt help matters any#anyways psa im feeling like the human equivalent of swamp water and ive decided to ramble incoherently about it in the tags of this post to#help myself feel better#hows YALLS days goin !!#hsgfjfbkfbbfjf
