have wanted to go to the beach so bad lately which is super weird considering my lifelong position as a beach hater
#i’m thinking it’s got less to do with the beach + more to do with getting some real good vitamin d#my life is v inside so i’m for sure hugely low on it#anyways the beach is a nonstarter because the sand + water is just awful#but also because i’m very much a fully clothed person + i can’t go to the beach in jeans or like a dress + a jacket#have also wanted to swim big time but there’s not really anywhere comfy to do that#i’m very grateful to have grown up with a pool for a lot of primary school nothing like swimming during the christmas/summer holidays#like a super warm day swimming for hours + then just hanging out in your togs watching the fox8 simpsons marathon while your mum makes#cheese toasties for lunch#absolutely unparalleled feeling of comfort#personal
