“A Means to an End” a BotW/Totk/AoC Legend of Zelda Fic
Things go differently and Ganondorf has finally figured out a way to end the endless cycle his soul has endured. A way to stop the Goddess who enslaves Hyrule and retains her power.
And all it takes is removing a certain knight from the picture.
OR where Ganondorf is completely and utterly aware of the various timelines and decides the BotW/TotK timeline will be the end of this endless cycle and things will be different this time around.

That is Yona’s theory, at least - because she can’t necessarily prove he is avoiding the Domain. After all, he is the Hero of Hyrule. The Champion of Champions. So, the most logical conclusion is assuming the small Hylian just doesn’t have time for galavanting.
