“Daaa-ddy.”
Levi startles, looking up. The little girl stood before him, all wide eyes and beaming at him.
“Yes? Shouldn’t you be at school?”
She shrugs, then thrusts out a hair brush and a set of scrunchies. “Do my hair today!” She grins.
Levi is taken aback slightly, not at all expecting such a request. It’s not that he had a bad relationship with his daughter really, if anything Levi spends every second that he can spare with her. But even so, it was so sudden and specific, not to mention she has never asked him to do it before. It was you who helped her get ready.
“Doesn’t mommy usually do that?” He asks slowly. “Is she busy?”
She shakes her head quickly. “I just want you to do it today.” She smiles, holding the brush out to him, waiting for him to take it.
Levi glances at it then looks back up. How could he say no to that?
So, without a word, he motions her to turn around which she follows happily, pulling a stool nearby to sit between Levi’s legs. Levi takes the brush, though slightly hard to hold without his missing fingers, he manages, combing through the black silky strands.
Like his.
Though, his own hair was stranded with gray now, a sign of the long years he had lived. Even Ackermans don’t stay young forever.
But it’s still so strange to him, having her here, right in front of him. He still freezes a little when she smiles at him, watching her with awe. She looked almost exactly identical to him, starting from the shape of her face to the color of her eyes, just the exact shade of the silvery blue that his own eyes hold. But there was a brightness in those eyes that Levi doesn't think he ever had. She was like this little ball of sunshine, always so bright.
And her smile, that came from you.
She was his. Yours. Theirs.
A part of him and a part of you. A whole other human being. A child. A blessing.
It was the hardest at thr beginning. For him to get used to it. Despite the 9 months of pregnancy, it was when he first held her that the realization finally hit him. That she was his daughter. His.
And the moment his eyes locked with the newborn, he knew he was doomed.
That there was nothing he wouldn’t do for this small, small, absolutely tiny person that came to earth no more than half an hour ago. That he had just met.
It was crazy how it only took him only a moment for him to swear his life for her, to become so protective. It was actually ridiculous, how he felt anxious even when it was the nurses holding her, he’d been so rigid, so poised. Even when handing her over to someone else’s arms, he had his hand outstretched because just in case. It took a shit load of convincing from you for him to let Jean and Connie hold her.
It was crazier watching her grow up. Never had he felt this ridiculous amount of pure joy and excitement ever. Only to hear her first words, to watch her take her first steps, holding his hand. He swears it was only yesterday.
His chain of thought was cut off as she started to happily chatter about things. Unlike Levi, she talks. A lot. Levi doesn’t mind, he listens quietly. Every once in a while, inserting a comment.
“I’ve read about you. In the history books. Our teacher taught us.”
“Yeah?” He mumbles, brushing softly. “What’d you learn?”
“They called you humanity’s strongest.” She stumbles on the word a little, which was a bit heavy for her usual vocabulary. She turns around to look at him with awe and wonder, wide eyes asking for confirmation. “That’s so cool!”
He only lets out a small hum in response.
"Will I be as strong as you one day?"
"Sure. You already are." He hopes she never needs to be.
“I saw your picture too. And mommy’s. Also, Uncle Connie used to be bald back then.” She finishes with a giggle, the idea of Connie’s lack of hair amusing her. “You were like a superhero, weren’t you daddy?”
“I wouldn’t shoot that far.” He answers with a small smile.
Back then, Levi had never imagined the idea of having a family. There, caged between the walls, surrounded by those tremendous monsters. When there was no guarantee that you’d come back alive once you’re out there. How could he even think of bringing a child to the world, if he couldn’t even do the least that is to promise their safety?
But now, here she runs and plays outside, without a worry in the world, tirelessly. She doesn’t have to starve like Levi had to, she grows up with only all the good the world has to offer. She doesn’t know the worst of how things could be and Levi hopes she never does. She doesn’t yet understand the role Levi and you had played in creating this world, but she does understand the value of it. She asks questions sometimes, about the wheelchair and the eye and the hand. About your scars and why somedays you can't get yourself from bed. He doesn’t answer. He doesn’t know how to answer. And Levi knows, one day, he’ll have to tell her all of it, life back then and the life he had. But for now, he prays, let her grow up with only love and pureness. Let her see the world in her rose colored glasses. Something he never got to do.
She taps Levi’s leg as he bunches the hair to tie a ponytail. “Do braids.” She says.
“Braids? Don’t you always wear a ponytail?” Levi asks.
“Yes, but,” She tries to explain, stumbling for words. “Tash always pulls by it.”
Tash was one of her classmates, Levi knew from her frustrated rants about him. From what he could gather, neither liked each other much. “Next time he bothers you, you do the thing that I taught you.” He tells her.
“The thing with my hands?” She asked brightly, balling her hands to show him.
“Hey, no beating up kids at school. Levi!” You appear in the doorway, only catching the last bit of the conversation. “Don’t give her ideas. And you,” You look at your daughter who was smiling smugly. “I’ve been looking for you–wait, is Levi doing your hair?” You say, finally noticing and very surprised.
‘Yes!” She replies excitedly, “He’s doing braids! He’s very slow though.”
Levi playfully pats her head. “It’s because you keep moving.” He sighs. “Must you need braids? I’m not sure if I can–”
“Yes.”
Levi was about to say something else until she turned around, giving him the most adorable pout ever, eyes all round and needy, her brows pinched together. “Please?” She asks sweetly.
Well damn.
Levi tries, he really tries. But the word no somehow managed to disappear from his vocabulary, along with all of its synonyms. So he sighs, nodding.
“Levi, I can–” You start.
“It’s okay.” He puts up a hand, stopping you. He doesn’t know much about the process, but he’s spent enough time watching you do her hair. So he thinks he can manage it. “I can do it. Probably.” He says uncertainty.
It was slightly difficult to manage multiple sections of hair when you’re missing two fingers, but even surprising himself, he does manage it, after a few attempts. A little uneven, but works.
"Happy?" He asks her, patting her head.
It was good enough for the girl, who jumped up right after it was finished and cheered happily as an answer to Levi. She jumps to his arms, pulling him by the neck to plant a big smooch in his cheek.
“You're the best.” She beams at him, then running off to grab her bag which was by the door.
“Wow, mommy’s nonexistent now?” You fold your arms in mock offense.
She doesn’t answer, only picks up her bag and runs to hug you full speed, wrapping herself around your knees. “I love you.” She calls out, then turns to Levi. “And I love you too! I'm leaving now!”
Then she was out the door before you could say I love you back.
“Don’t run, you’ll fall.” Levi calls out to her, who was already far out of hearing range.
You closed the door. Then leaned against it, staring at Levi.
Levi looked away, cheeks heating up slightly, noticing the strange way you were staring at him, already knowing what comes after.
“So.” You said.
“So, what?” He said, glancing at you.
“Where'd you learn how to do braids?"
He huffs. "From you. I watched you do it.''
"Really?' It was so cute you could melt.
“Stop looking at me like that.” He grunts. “She’s my girl. I can do her hair sometimes, it’s not that big of a deal.”
“So, I’m not your girl?” You pout, exactly the same expression your daughter made just moments ago. “How come I don't I get braids?”
“I–” Levi starts, then huffing frustratedly. He can’t even say no to his daughter, who was he to say no to the mother? He tries nevertheless.
“I’m not doing it. Stop looking at me like that.”
You did not look away, pouting out your lips more.
“I won’t.”
You blinked, turning your expression sadder.
Levi gives up.
“C’mere.” He sighs.

In this life, blood had run through vein to be taken from others.
Of course, there had been the weight of guilt to burden the shoulder of those who'd drank the life from another, though within the rise of an undead plague, they had began to drink it without regard of memories, pain or pleasure.
Levi had done the latter; decades spent underground to prey on those in the shadows, brain riddled with disgusting memories of the past.  Erwin had drawn him from this hole and with that, a new life had been birthed. Though, even with a clean slate, ghosts had still remained.
These hauntings of the past had brought Levi to a simple life, one with routine, and control. An example of this would be his morning tea, always taken from the same shop, with his arrival and departure time as precise as each day would allow. Unfortunately, with a difference in this very schedule, Levi had been six hours late to his local coffee shop, seeing a shift change and new faces.
You hadn't met the man before you - you were sure of that. Though, when staring into the grey eyes on the other side of the counter, there had been something so hauntingly familiar - or was he just undeniably mesmerising?  There had been an unforgiving and all-encompassing pull toward the stranger; one that had felt both warm and frightening.
"Are you listening?" His voice pulled you from the depths of your daydreams, his face stern and brow furrowed. You cleared your throat, glancing down to your idle finger hovering over the till.  "I'm sorry, sir." An apology had left your lips before a shaking breath, though his abrasive tone would cast your words aside.  "As I said, an earl grey -" He cut himself short with the shake of his head. "And, for the love of God, make sure the water is boiling."
His narrow lips relaxed into a down-turned expression, eyes mulling you over once, and then twice.
"Did you get that, or do I need to go elsewhere?"
You blink, lips parting before nodding a response. "Y-yeah." Now trembling, your fingers wrap around a white cup, the other hand moving to grasp a maker pen, though stopping short of the cardboard.  "What's the name?"  "Levi."
Levi had walked toward the collection counter, one arm crossing over the other, his sight set on your clumsy handwriting and uneasy grip.  Earl grey, boiling water.  You repeated the order to yourself as if a mantra, a tea bag plucked from box, the cup placed beneath the boiler spout. You checked the temperature dial before pouring, allowing the scolding liquid to fill his cup to almost brim, a plastic lid and cardboard sleeve placed over top.
Within a few moments, the tea had been placed on worktop, a pale hand moving to take the drink to palm.
He didn't thank you before leaving, though with his previous demeanour, you hadn't expected him to.
When Levi had returned days later with the same request, your heart began to beat slightly faster, excitement in vein. The bell had chimed, your eyes moving from the tray of cakes under glass to greet your new customer - and there he'd stood.
As he made his way toward you, you allowed yourself to wonder if he'd returned due to an appreciation of your brew... though with the same hollow stare and frown over lip, you began to assume this shop was more for convenience than a means for enjoyment.
Just as before, Levi stood with arms crossed and expression cold, and when you'd pushed the cup toward him, he simply turned on heel and left. A sigh escapes you as the weight on your chest suddenly alleviates.
"The weather's nice, isn't it?"
Your attempt at small talk felt miserable, and with his grey eyes withdrawing from yours to land over countertop, you had mentally slapped yourself. This would be another memory to plague your mind, with another sorry attempt at talking to an attractive customer.
His brow furrows as he looks to be in thought, before he finally speaks.
"I don't like the heat."
Your jaw slackens. For the first time in the past few weeks, the stranger had not just spoken instruction under a condescending tone, but had instead given a genuine answer to a question you had asked. The corner of Levi's mouth quirked upward at your shocked expression.
Locking up had gone well despite a few customers arriving on the minute of closing, with yourself rushing to clean machine and table. Money was counted, lights switched off, and key placed into lock before you would begin your journey home.
Street lights illuminated your path, your shadow cast beside you as each begrudgingly slow step brings you closer to your destination. Tinny earphones supply you with a soundtrack while your mind replays the images of you jumping into bed after a long day, sheets pulled to shoulder as you would close your eyes to rest.
The last stretch of road before your home drew closer, the concrete growing a little less clean and evened out when approaching your neighbourhood. A path you had ventured many times throughout both day and night, one you were sure you could navigate through a blindfold. You glance over the patches of grass among grey pavement, a few trees standing only slightly taller than yourself. In summer, they would bloom green leaves with wild flowers at their root, though on winter nights like this one, they would only shield the unknown.
A shadow slouches parallel to your path on the other side of the road, one with a presence you wouldn't recognise on first glance, though wouldn't yet alarm you. Seeing another at this time of night wasn't particularly unusual; a busy town on a Thursday evening had some form of nightlife, although when seeing the figure's odd gait, your feet did move slightly faster.
There was a hint of apprehension with your movements, though you had ultimately decided on keeping your gaze straight and arriving home with haste. It wouldn't be too much farther now, though when glancing over shoulder to see the emptiness of the other side of the road, dread filled you to core.
A sudden weight is born over your shoulder, a sharp pain in neck. Although you begin to thrash, a pair of arms hold you still, the sting of what felt to be a bite allows warmth to seep from your body, exhaustion dousing you.
At some point, you are freed enough to allow you to stumble forward, slumping toward pavement. Your hand flies to the wound on your neck, alarm rushing through you upon the realisation you were losing a lot of blood, fingers slipping around the puncture holes to be coated in crimson.
A numbness begins to spread through your body, a coldness enveloping you.
You lay back to the pavement, head turning to side as you try your best to press into the injury in attempts to stop the bleeding, though with your vision turning blurry, you weren't sure how effective your weakening grasp would be. Focusing your altered vision, you can make out two figures before you, one looking to be the same hooded shadow you'd seen across the road, the second having a recognisable silhouette, though you couldn't quite put your finger on where you'd seen that coat before, and the black slacks, perfectly tailored to meet ankle -
You had blinked only once, you'd felt sure of that. But, it looked as if minutes had passed before you, the two figures now separated, one left to only a heap on the floor. There was a presence beside you, and with racing heart, you turned to meet their view.
The stranger looks to be Levi, your crush from the shop, and over the ringing of your ears, it'd sounded a lot like him, too. Just as you'd fallen to unconsciousness, you could've sworn his eyes had changed from grey to red, two canines elongated to look much like the fangs of a vampire.
Heavy lids flutter between that of dream and reality as you stir, harsh pavement feeling much softer than you had remembered. Though as you came to, memory foam supporting your body, you were quick to realise that the warmth engulfing your body had not been that of cement floor, but a bed that hadn't felt much like your own.
With the cloud over your eyes fading, you set your sights on the plain ceiling above, with a slow drift down to the thick sheets draped over your person. Your scent had been the second to last sense to return - the smell of cedarwood and pine.
Your home had been many things, but none of these attributes had felt at all familiar. Not a spec of dust in sight, nor blemish... The only thing that had been certain was your confusion at the current situation, and paired with the jumbled events of the night prior, you had been left to wonder how you had ended up in such room.
And finally, you are graced with the sensation of pain.
Your neck throbbed, a tingling feeling to flow into vein, and perhaps the beginnings of a fever. There was a reluctance in your movements as your hand had made way to the wound, a withdrawal from the spot much before you'd come to cup it. Would the skin be mauled and tattered?
Memories flash before you - thick blood pooling over your neck, the sensation of all life leaving your body. You brace yourself as your fingers finally fly to the injury, though you are left to feel dissatisfied by the bandage covering the skin; a barrier to your true condition. Previous events are farthest from vivid, though in the midst of searching your mind, you find a fragment of certainty - the stranger from the coffee shop. Black hair left to fall over brow, concerned grey eyes turning to resemble that of beast with pointed fangs.
The wound throbbed as you remembered now, that taste of iron within your own mouth. How had that come to be?
As you sit upright, the room spins. Despite this, you allow a single leg to drop to the floor, followed shortly by the other, your weakened arms pushing from mattress to start your investigation. This home's walls had acted as your crutch as you'd moved to leave the bedroom, soon making it through the door, fingers still grazing plaster as you willingly make your way into the unknown.
The corridor is been clean, walls plain in colour with a few paintings mounted proudly. They look to be expensive, though you don't marvel, instead moving closer to an explanation.
"You're up."
The words jolt you to core, eyes widening in both shock and fear as you turn to look over your shoulder, Levi standing a mere few feet from your own trembling body. One glance over his lips cause your throat to constrict, a shallow gasp pushes from chest as you felt to lose your balance, falling down onto the floor.
You remember now, the fear you'd felt with a figure's teeth far into your throat, and how it had felt to have your very life drained from your soul.  You saw how Levi had torn your attacker from your being, only to seat himself beside you as you'd felt close to taking your last few breaths - how sporadic they'd been.
He'd taken his own wrist to his mouth, a redness over lips as he'd pulled the appendage away only to force his mouth to yours, a red ambrosia forced over your tongue to douse your throat in burning liquid. You'd screamed against him, you'd thrashed and cried, though within only moments your eyes had felt heavy, the poison suddenly lulling you into security.
Levi despises the look you give him now, the horror and pain twisted in your face. It had been a look he'd seen few times before, though hadn't had to endure in a long while. He hadn't missed the fear he'd caused others.
"I won't hurt you." His arm raises as he takes a step toward your frightened body, voice timid. His hand reaches yours, ice cold skin wrapping over you to offer aid. Calming yourself, you stand.
"You can leave if you want." Your neck thrums as you stare at him, and if not for his sincere expression, you would have tested this offer. He squeezes gently over your fingers, mouth ajar. He knows you remember what he is, and what he'd done. You need an explanation.
"But... shit." Levi's eyes leave yours as he exhales. "There's something you need to know." You raise a brow, chest tightening. "What is it?" Anxiety courses through you as you retract your hand from his, moving it over your bandaged throat.
"The thing that bit you," There's a waver in his voice, and a change in tone. "He took a lot of blood, and you were close to dying." You nod apprehensively. "I had to feed you my own, but it's been a while so I didn't realise..." His eyes close. "You would have died, if I didn't-"
"I'm one of you?" Levi shifts uncomfortably before you, head tipping forward.
"Not just that - tch." He's unable to find another way to put it, but searches his mind in desperation for an answer. The situation pains him in many ways, yet the worst factor had to be the intimacy. Levi had managed to find his way around alone until now, and with this, everything may change.
"We - our kind... We can create bonds with others. One that can link two souls as one, or at least, sire two souls together. It means you can feel another person's presence at all times." At last, he raises his gaze from the floor, looking into your eyes. "You're now tethered to me."
The news sinks in slowly, butterflies within your stomach as you sense the connection he speaks of. There had been some hesitance too, but this had stemmed from the limited understanding of what this label would entail, and what this existence would involve. As you stared at him, you grew used to this sensation - the feeling of his soul. It felt cold and somewhat indistinct, but when you focused your mind to it, it was there.
"I feel different." The phrase resembled more of a whisper than a clear statement, and Levi had shared this uneasiness within himself, too. It hadn't just been this attachment, but your senses had felt heightened, sounds felt louder and colours felt brighter. As you peered over his face, drifting toward his neck, you could sense where his vein had been most open, where you want so desperately to sink your teeth.
"I do, too." Levi searches your eyes to find an answer he wasn't sure he'd find, with a step toward you. "I can feel your very being." As he edges closer, his hand outstretched, his fingers brush over your hair, finally skimming over your cheek.
You stare into him, and for a moment you feel yourself lean forward too, but it's as if reality takes its brittle hold over his heart, and he pulls away.  "You need to eat." The statement weighs on you, and as he strides toward another room, you feel your body ache for his touch.
You aren't sure whether or not to follow him when he disappears, so you instead await his return, or further instruction. He reemerges not long after, a glass in hand. Only when he's closer do you notice the thickness of the glass, and the distinct red. It had been blood.
You take a step back, breath in your throat as he pushes the glass toward you. Although you try to fight, he places a hand to the back of your head, rendering you unable to move. The glass rim is forced to your lips, the blood pouring thickly to your tongue, and you have no other choice but to swallow.
It's bitter, and runs like honey down your throat, thick, and heavy. Despite your mental apprehension, your body reacts, gulping back the fluid with heavy eyes. When it's finished, you feel awfully satisfied.
"Was it... human?" Although you hadn't wanted to truly know, there was a need to ask. Relief seeped through you when he shook his head, sighing.  "We source animal blood. It gets you through the day, but the hunger isn't satiated for long. You will feel a pull toward humans - you just have to fight the urge."
"What about other beings like us?"
Levi stirs, his expression souring. "It wouldn't quench thirst unless they had drank from a human. It's more of a... sexual act than one of hunger."
The skin of your chest feels hot as you watch his lips form the words, and images of intimacy with Levi plague your mind. You remember the distinctness of the blood he had fed to you fresh from wrist - the twang, and the warmth.
Moments pass by quickly as you move toward him, body acting much faster than the constraints of your mind. Imagery of his blood pooling over your tongue had flashed before your eyes as your lips met with the thick of his neck, face pulled into the crook and elongated teeth brushing the flesh.
Levi could have stopped you, your frame much weaker than his, but he'd held back to allow you a taste. He knew the hunger too well, and paired with the guilt he'd felt for turning you, he would allow you to take more than you should.
But, you pull back sooner than he'd anticipated, skin stained crimson with his blood. He couldn't stop himself from connecting himself with you, not when you'd worn his life so beautifully over your lips.
This kiss wasn't much like the last, with your half conscious state and his frantic attempts at saving you, it hadn't felt much of a meaningful moment. Now, here with you, his body connecting with your own and the taste of his own livelihood on your lips, Levi felt freed. Freed of this lonely existence, and free from the sorrow path he'd aligned himself upon.
His lips were cold, yet soft, slipping between your own to grow closer to you. With the initial movements there had been modesty and restraint, yet as you tasted more of him, passion had ignited.
Levi presses his tongue to yours, hand snaking to hold the back of your head and tilt you to reach deeper limits. He swiped himself over you, roaming your mouth to try his blood mingling with your taste.
As Levi found himself losing control against you, he held on tighter and kissed with more force and roughness - fangs clashing over yours when they find their way to scrape your bottom lip. The sensation pulls a timid hum from your chest and Levi groans in response, hardness pressing uncomfortably against his trouser as your own blood trickles into his mouth.
At some point, you end up against a wall, Levi leaning himself against you with need, unhinged rocks of hip to find friction against your clothed body. Pulling back breathlessly, his hand remains upon your cheek.  "I can't control myself around you." His voice is smooth against your ear, lips grazing the skin of your cheek.  "You don't have to." Your words are quiet but he hears them clearer than day, humming against you.
He takes a step back to regain composure, and you are left to look to him with doe eyes, a tightness in your chest with burning desire. Silently, Levi takes your hand, leading you back into the room you had awoken in not too long ago, stopping beside the bed. His hand runs from yours to trail over your arm, stopping at your shoulder.
"At least allow me to take you within a bed - I would have fucked you against that wall if you'd have let me."
Heat prickles your body at his words, though cool air soon meets warmth as he undresses you, discarding your clothes with his own over the floor before you're on the mattress beneath him.
Levi found it difficult to restrain himself from marking your skin, instead dragging teeth over neck, or flicking tongue to kiss flesh. Your fingers laced within his hair, gently tugging him back to your lips, kissing him with fervour. Saliva glides from your tongue to his, but he drinks it back as if depraved, intoxicated within your taste. You could feel his frenzied state worsening as he licks and nips over you, a clear need to have you in more ways than one. Blood had been a vampire's hunger, both in ways of food and passion, and you had wanted to play with fire.
"You can..." Your confidence fizzles quickly on tongue as you meet his eye, a new wave of anxiety washing over your body. Red irises stare back at you, though in sensing your unease, they slowly fade back to grey. "You can drink from me." The permission you grant to him is one rooted in edge, your muscles tensing when awaiting his reply.
A puff of air leaves his nose in what feels to be amusement.  "You don't know what you're offering." There's a seriousness in his voice, led by his own reluctance.  "I know you were thinking about it." A stillness warms the room as the statement leaves you.
He shakes his head, leaning forward to kiss you. This time, the movements are languid, a slow-moving pace to instead take time in roaming the mouth of the other. As fluid had been swapped between each tongue, it grows thicker, and a moan catches within your throat.
Fingertips had breached the hem of your underwear at a point in time you can't quite pin, but you permit the tugging of fabric to drag past your knee, exposing yourself to the cursed being before you. His gaze drops to the bareness before him, a stripe over folds with his fingers. Levi allows his lips to hover over your flesh before he finally lowers himself between thigh, palms spreading you wider to make room for his face. He delves forward, tongue meeting with hardened bud to swirl circles over you.
His name passes your lips, back arching, and Levi rolls his hips over the comforter for some form of relief. As his tongue flicks over you, you are left to whine beneath his touch, hand entrapping your mouth in an attempt to muffle the mews spewing from you. Fingertips brushed your entrance, ring and middle circling the hole before finally teasing in, and you writhe in his sheets. When you roll yourself over his tongue he groans, fingers curving.
"Fuck, don't stop." Panting, you beg his mercy, feeling close to falling over the edge. He scissors his fingers slightly, stretching you as he moves them in and out, and with the way his tongue is moving you're unable to restrain from the high you begin to feel. He adds a third, and you scream out in relief, stuttering hips as you come undone beneath him.
When you come down, he's already on his knees with his cock free, pushing the head against your throbbing clit.  "Ever since I saw you in that shitty shop, I've pictured you beneath me."  His head is rubbing against your slit to gather the juices left, and a shaky breath leaves your lips. Levi places his fingers on your chin to tilt your mouth open, watching your face contort in confusion.
He spits between your parted lips before closing your lips, edging himself into you while looking within your eye.  "Swallow." The command was impossible to defy, so you do as he requests, watching as his lips quirk into a smirk.
Levi forces his length forward, thickness finally nestled within your walls. He rocks himself gently at first, though soon looses himself within you as your chest rises and falls at rapid pace, body welcoming his every inch. Your gaze drops to his fangs, finger reaching toward them in curiosity, allowing your skin to be pierced by the needle like ends. Blood rushes to the small puncture, only a pinprick, though Levi was quick to respond, his tongue darting from lip to taste the crimson offering.
With one taste, he craved more. After the sire bond, your blood had tasted uniquely different, reflecting more of his own. He's unable to stop himself from biting into your wrist, puncturing vein and wrapping his mouth around the source. He groans deeply, eyes rolling upward as he ruts his hips much harsher than he'd done before, allowing himself to indulge within your taste.
When he removes himself from your skin, a single droplet rolls from wrist to elbow - but Levi cannot allow the smallest amount of your nectar to waste, his tongue darting along the length to leave not a stain over your arm.
His cock twitches inside you as your head tilts back in pleasure, legs tightening around him. He can feel himself grow closer to release, though has one last offering to you.
Levi brings his finger to fang, piercing the skin in a similar fashion to your prior display, placing the digit straight to your lip. He smears his blood over your lips, and you too mimic his actions from before, eyes locking with his own as you wrap your lips around his finger, sucking before the pop of your lips releases him.
You pull his face to yours, pushing the mixture of blood and saliva to his mouth. He groans in reply, much deeper than before, thrusts growing messy as he allows your tongue to dance with his. Levi's breaths were sporadic as he came within you, pushing himself as far as he could, squeezing over your flesh as his body ached.
The veil over his eye had began to lift as he laid himself beside you, brain no longer clouded - though he still felt an unusual lull of safety within your presence. He pinned it to the sire bond, soothing him into trusting your soul as it had linked with his own.
If his heart had still beat, he was sure it would feel differently while in your presence, and for the first time in decades, he allows himself to wonder what life would be like if he was still human.
"Earlier, when you told me I could leave," The silence was broken with our voice, still hoarse. "I didn't want to." There was a small dip in your words as you fought with your own understanding of the situation. "Why? Why do I feel this way toward you when you're still a stranger?"
He exhales, staring up at the ceiling. "It's the bond." His words won't offer much insight as he barely understands it himself, though he feels himself needing to comfort you. "I brought you back here to rest, but only when you'd awoken had I realised what had happened."
"How will this work?" Your words are gentle, but the question hangs stagnant in the air.
"I don't know, this is a first for me."
a/n: for some reason, after a break in writing, staying in present tense felt really hard?? please excuse me if i messed up, i feel like this is so inconsistent

The expression of love given to you.
warnings; none . just fluff .
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
If there’s one thing Gabi will admit, she isn’t as observant as Falco.
She’ll admit that wholeheartedly, along with her obliviousness, when it comes to the expression of love. Yet, it happened to her when Falco desired to get married to her and have a prolonged, happy life, confessing his feelings in the midst of a war despite the anguish and sorrow that surrounded them. It was honestly embarrassing to hear Falco explain the concept of it, but she sees it. The idea of love revolves around her. The affection between her family, the love Annie has, pining over Armin as they haven’t made their relationship official, and the love that friends share with each other.
When Gabi visits Levi's teashop a few streets away, she discovers another individual seating near the shop's window. You were unknown in her eyes and quite pretty, particularly with the rays of sunlight emphasizing and radiating among all of your features. Gabi was prepared to hurry into the teashop seconds before she caught sight of Levi's gaze of tenderness, love, and molten gold pouring affection into his eyes towards you. Her steps faltered, coming close to the store, but far enough for Levi to not notice her figure standing around the streets.
You grasped his whole attention on yourself, like you both were the only ones in the entire world, focusing only each other. Nothing else.
Her jaw drops, pausing in her stead as people ignore her figure, walking past her to their destination.
In the same way, she felt like the universe paused for her, focusing on the two figures that were conversing with each other. Even from watching afar, Gabi notes the hint of redness on Levi’s cheeks on his scarred face. Gabi felt like she was opening one of those romance novels that women were geeking about in their little tea party. It was abnormal for Gabi to see the proclaimed ‘Humanity’s Strongest’ from Paradis, radiating coldness, and a wall of titanium that couldn’t be broken down, but she doesn’t see that at all.
Something about watching them both was heart-warming to see. That the man who obviously seems to have lost everything in life has someone that walked into his life, brightening his life. Gabi observes the way you throw your head back in laughter, for something Levi had said, giving you a hint of a small smile from the corner of his lips.
Gabi came to the conclusion that this established relationship between you and Mr. Levi must’ve been ongoing for a long while.
Then a hand settled on her shoulder, startling her with a yelp, turning to face the familiar blonde. “Gabi! What’re you doing standing around?” Falco laughs from startling her before apologizing. “Uh, it’s just… Do you perhaps want to grab something to eat before we see Mr. Levi?” Gabi speaks without thinking of the context it may come behind, wanting to leave you and Levi alone for a bit, having the blonde and herself overcome with redness. “I-uh,” he stuttered. “Sure?” Falco agrees unsurely with a crack in his voice, having Gabi nervously grasp onto his arm to the opposite direction of the teashop, having no idea where to go to eat.
Gabi didn't bother glancing back, but if she did, she'd notice two pairs of eyes trailing them. You were grinning at them, entertained at how clumsily they were acting with one another, vanishing from your perspective as the gentleman standing behind you sighed in contentment, knowing Gabi must have been watching them and making the choice to leave them alone.
“Hey, you don’t mind if I stick around do you?” You asked, “your little helpers seem to have gone on a little date.” You joked to yourself, waiting for Levi’s response as he felt a flush of heat rush the back of his neck, seeing the pretty smile you give him.
“Just don’t make a mess in my shop.”
“You know I don’t leave a mess!”
“At your house, you do.”

If you dare...
Tumblr media
Tags/TW/context (idk💀): Alcohol, sfw, y/n fem reader, reader is a squad leader, Attack on Titan, Levi Ackerman, lighthearted, established close friendship and partnership between you and Levi, you and Levi are in denial of your feelings for each other and Hange knows it, Hange is just lowkey tired of this back and forth.
Edit: you can use extensions, or apps to replace y/n with the name of your choice.
Tumblr media
The night is blooming, the moon's graceful glow upon you and your comrades in the clearing of the Old Headquarters of the Survey Corps. The tall trees, both vivacious trees and pine trees standing tall around your merry group, providing shelter from the fog of the evening. Not too far from the headquarters, but also not too near in the vicinity to avoid disrupting the working higher-ups, or the resting scouts in their in the assigned shared quarters of their barracks. Regardless, even without the protection of the trees, the fog won't be stopping this small gathering of you and your comrades. An survey mission had just ended. It's a small mission led by you, in order to train you. Nothing too exciting just this small group of scouts surveying ahead, and placing supplies ahead of the expedition route that's due in next week. Although the mission is a success with the least amount of deaths so far, it wasn't without sacrifices. You sit relaxed with a drink of your own on one of the chairs. Beside you are your comrades, your subordinates, the Levi Squad in some of the chairs and benches, and then Hange accompanied by Moblit who sat beside her. All forming a complete circle with a table of food in the middle of the circle then a burning bonfire right beside it. Keeping this small gathering of people warm from the evening fog. In some of these seats are soldiers, scouts who fought bravely. At the cost of a missing leg, or an arm, or maybe even missing screws after facing the dark reality that the titans bring outside the Walls this very recent expedition. Yet despite, what they have experienced, they sit there merry with a drink on their uninjured free hands. Largely due to the part that Hange, Oruo, Gunther, and Eld are leading the conversation of this humble party.
A farewell party to be exact. The last night of these maimed soldiers in the military before they return to their status as simple civilians. In a way, Commander Erwin allowed this to happen just so the soldiers would go home with at least smiles on their faces. Smile of relief from surviving, or the smile from this small gathering and the events would occur later are sure bound to kick up a merry chat between their waiting families instead of the horrors outside walls as their main topic.
"Ah, it's your turn!" The bottle spins and points at you. "What?" And you break out from your deepest of thoughts, maybe because of the battle analysis reports, survey reports, and whole another bunch of papers you'll submit tomorrow, or maybe because of the watchful gaze a certain pair of steel blue gray eyes.
"Everyone's been pulling up 'Truths' this whole time, would you care for a dare instead?" Hange smiles cheeky at you, as she asks you at gunpoint in front of your comrades. "A dare?" Your question sounding more like a refusal. "C'mon please? It's nothing hard I swear. It'll be just like how easy you killed four titans this recent mission, right boys?" And your comrades and subordinates alike jeered at the thought. You were quite in a good form, the past mission and now that you're in this spot like this. With their mood like that, you don't want these soldier's last night to be with you being a killjoy of the night. You gave Hange a look before responding, "Alright what's the dare?" "Sweet! Well it's nothing hard, I just want you to kiss someone." Hange playfully answers giving a certain midget sipping tea at the edge of the circle, a knowing look. Fully aware of Levi's gazes at you. Or how he would sparingly brew the tealeaves you gifted him. Or how he would scold you as he checks up on you at the hospital after each mission, Hange gave a knowing look at Levi barely noticed by their comrades. The latter only returned a glare, barely noticeable in between sips of his tea. "The what? Hange, you can't be serious." You respond. You may be a little tipsy, but you still have your wits about you. "It'll be fine, unless..." Hange trails off, "Unless it means something to you of course. Were you saving it for someone?" She quips, her tone now growing teasingly playful. It didn't help that the rest of the Levi Squad, your subordinates, basically everyone's got their eyes and ears on you now. Giving in to either get peer pressured to saying something akin to confession—
'It wont be a confession,' You stubbornly think.
Well it's either you get peer pressured into saying something you may or may not regret, you decide to just go with the dare. At least in a dare there's a chance that the very act will be considered, 'not of any significant meaning to you.'
"Alright, I'll complete the dare. You guys owe me a drink for this one." You say with a smile pointing to the rest of the crowd, primarily to Hange. You scan your surroundings to look for a specific person who you know wouldn't take this dare personally or seriously. He may be a few centimeters smaller than you, but it did not take you long enough to find him sitting at the edge of the circle. Drinking tea instead of alcohol, he looks at you his blue-gray eyes displaying deadpan expression. "Is it okay if I pick you?" You ask for consent walking up to him with his side facing you. Casual form drinking tea amidst the tensing sensual atmosphere fueled by the expectant gazes of your comrades. His jaw clenches for a split second before nodding nonchalantly. His steel blue gaze, maintaining his composure. Bringing his cup a little lower from his lips, he remained sitting as he was. His side still facing you.
"Alright," You give a smile before placing one of your knee to his seat for support, you other hand crawling up behind him, to gain purchase of the seat he is leaning on to. And your other free hand cupping his chin, lightly with your fingers as you lean your face closer to his steel blue gaze.
In response, his body stiffens evidently caught off guard by this sudden act of intimacy. He fought back the shivers that run along his spine and his jaw subtly clenches as maintained his indifferent expression.
You lean in closer, and closer. Intensifying the already sensual tension caused by her own intimate actions.
Only to give him a light kiss on his cheek.
'They only said a kiss after all, they didn't say where.' You cleverly think, avoiding making a spectacle of yourself and drag Levi in this.
Disappointed murmurs hint the chorus of their comrades and Hange nodding with a light chuckle in amusement, "Ha! Well played, y/n." Spinning the bottle once more, "Next dare!"
When you pulled away and returned to your seat downing a glass in one big gulp, Levi didn't look at you or anyone at that moment. He just sat there with the memory of your lips, warm on his skin.
He sat there drinking his tea in silence. He wasn't drinking any alcohol at all.
And yet,
Why are his ears red?

After the Titan war, after the dust has settled on the battlefield, a single thought finds itself ever present at the forefront of your brain. A single command that keeps your body moving, keeps your legs running no matter how hard they ache. Keeps your blood pumping and your heart racing. A single mission left, one you can’t fail.
You have to find him.
When Eren screamed, when you lost yourself and became a thoughtless Titan hellbent on following the new founders every command. You lost Levi. You lost your lifeblood. No matter how much you ache, no matter how terribly you just want to collapse— your body just can’t find it in itself to do so. Adrenaline pumping through your veins, pushing you, forcing you to find him. To continue on your desperate search of the barren wasteland. To search through the bodies of fallen comrades. To find your other half. To make sure he’s okay.
The moment you lay eyes on him, the moment you see him resting against that rock, a tear rolling down his cheek, a weight lifts off your shoulders. Your heart stops pounding. The food from your vision clears. Your legs carry your frame to him without thinking. You never have to think when it comes to him. At this point it feels like everything comes too easy. Loving him is easy.
Your hands find his temples, holding him. Letting you know that he is real. That you both still are. Your forehead presses against his own as your legs collapse. Finally safe. Finally with him. Tears swell in your eyes. It’s over, the story has reached its conclusion. You are free.
“You can rest now.”
Your voice is quiet, barely above a whisper. You know he heard it. His arm slumps, muscles relaxing as you finally hold him. As you keep him close. As the two of you make it out of a battle for the final time together. You both live together. All of your hopes and dreams can finally be realised. All of the hardships are worth it just for this, for now. For the present— for a future where you two can grow old, for a future where the two of you can find refuge in each others souls without worry.
A future where happiness is your only worry.

what is a first date with worshipper Levi like? We decided to give him a chance and are just kinda like “If you fuck up this date I will personally tie you down to a chair and lose my virginity to another man.” So how would that go. I imagine us walking through the market and Levi is tugging at his sleeve trying to hold our hand and we just deadpan at him. “Levi just because I’m going on a date with you doesn’t mean I want everyone in town thinking you’re finally the guy I chose to be with.”
first date with worshipper levi hcs
desc : fluff, short.
— worshipper! levi who is jumping for joy the moment you agree to go on a date with him. he agrees to any conditions you have and any boundaries you set, and will do his absolute best to make it the best date you’ve ever had.
— worshipper! levi who makes a reservation at the nicest restaurant in town and even buy out a room so the two of you can have your privacy. he wants this to be as pleasant for you as it is for him!
—worshipper! levi who picks you up from your dorm with flowers in hand, offering you his arm to be a gentleman. whether you take it is up to you, but he won’t harbor any hard feelings.
— worshipper! levi who is aware that you don’t have any feelings for him currently, and that it was only his begging that made you agree to a date with him.
— worshipper! levi who first takes you to the market and purchase anything you’d like. even if you spend all his money by the end of the night, it will be worth it to him. he just wants you happy.
— worshipper! levi who is itching to hold your hand but knows you wouldn’t want to. his heart stings a little bit at the thought, but he doesn’t let that get him down.
— worshipper! levi who, after your dinner, takes you to a field to stargaze and talk about whatever you’d like. he’ll once again confess his love for you, but won’t expect anything in return.
— worshipper! levi who sees this as a first step. if you enjoyed the evening, he’ll make plans to take you on another. if you didn’t… well, there’s nothing he can do.
— worshipper! levi who drops you off at your dorm around midnight and asks if you’d like to go on another.
— worshipper! levi who returns to his room feeling either fulfilled or a little empty. he’ll undress and slide in bed, replaying the night in his mind. he’ll cherish the time spent with you for the rest of his life <33

and depending on what your willing to write, maybe he has kids too. and isabel and farlon are alive and live w them.
if you don't want to write them as alive, then maybe the kids are named after them. if not then just write about his wife, up to you!

Tumblr media
(Sorry, I didn't really write about reader being short)
-Oh he's overjoyed there's someone shorter than him. He won't show it, but it's there.
-Honestly, no one thought Captain Levi would be married. They've seen you before, but never saw you do anything that could hint towards you being his wife.
-You might mess with him or say something that could be considered as flirting, but they all thought you were closer friends to him that it was fine.
-They treated you the same with mostly kind words and all that. Regardless if you were a member of the cadets or not.
-However, once you kissed him on his cheek and people started to question it.
-"Do you think their dating? Or maybe family?"
-"But, I don't think Captain Levi has any family."
-They give up and ask him. Which he just stares at them for a few seconds to uncomfortable.
-"...She's my wife."
-Such a simple sentence that sent them spiralling.
-"Captain Levi, you're MARRIED?!"
-"Do I seem like I can't be?"
-Their shocked, but supportive none the less.
-However, they're upset they weren't invited to your wedding. Even if it's before you knew them.

All that's left.
Tumblr media
“I know you’re there.”
Levi called out, startling you. You’ve been watching him from the side of the wreck, watching as the ghosts of your comrades appeared for one last time, one last salute. One last declaration of all they dedicated. One last goodbye.
And when Hange gave you a nod, you nodded back.
You two are all that's left.
You stayed out of his sight even after they disappeared, giving him the privacy to mourn. God knows he needed it. You didn’t think he had noticed your presence, but then again, who were you trying to fool? His extraordinary instincts were never to be underestimated.
Sighing, you pushed yourself to stand straight and stumbled forward. He glanced at you with the side of his eye. Ever resilient, ever strong, the cracks were so slight, just barely there. But you knew. You could always tell.
“Hi.” You mumbled. He stared at you as you dragged yourself in front of him, slightly limping.
“Nice of you to make it out alive.” He said.
“Who would’ve thought?” You shrugged.
“You made an ugly titan by the way.”
“I’m sure you would’ve looked charming.”
“Bet.”
You smiled. The conversation was so unbelievably normal. Here, in the wreckage of everything, all the corpses, smoke, blood and ruins, here you were, back to how it always was. It almost felt surreal. Almost as if you concentrated hard enough, all of it would go away and you’d find you and him back in the soggy cafeteria of the scout headquarters, back to bantering with him and arguing about silly little things that don't really deserve arguments but it’s you and Levi so of course it’d end up an argument.
You felt so old suddenly.
How come you ended up here? In this way?
And Levi looked so tired, you could cry. Hasn’t he given enough? Doesn’t he get to rest now?
“Does that..” You glanced down at his leg, the one he had spread out in front of him. It was clear it was beyond repair. The fabric of his pants were torn at the knee, from where it was crushed between the titan’s jaw, a bloody, mangled mess. “Does that hurt?”
“Not really, no.” His eyes went to where yours were. “Numbed down a while ago. Can’t feel shit really.”
You sighed. "Not very humanity's strongest anymore, huh?"
Levi raised an eyebrow. "Yeah?" He said. "Careful, I could still kick your ass."
"I'm sure."
You grinned. Then went ahead and dropped yourself beside him. He frowned.
“Shouldn’t we be getting up now?” He said. “Why are you getting all comfortable?”
“Why not?” You muttered, pulling your legs upto your chest, hugging them. “What’s it matter what we do or not? Armin’s the hot shit now, let him deal with shit.”
He didn’t answer, but he made no attempt to get up either. If anything, he looked more relaxed. Maybe it wouldn’t be so bad to spend the rest of your life here. After all, you were so tired, and you were sure he was too. This was as good as anywhere else would be.
Because there’s no home to return to anymore.
“Do you think there’s anything left of Hange to bury?” He suddenly said.
You shuddered. What do you answer to that?
And your head pounded so hard, you couldn’t really think. Far away, you could hear someone yelling at another someone, but you couldn’t bother to pay attention to the words. Armin and the others would figure something out surely.
You were exhausted.
“Say, Levi.” You said tiredly, nudging him slightly.
“What?”
“Wanna get married?”
Levi almost choked, he was suddenly all uptight, stiff as a board as he looked at you with wide eyes.
“What the fuck?” He asked, scowling. “Are you seriously gonna make jokes here? Here?”
“Not joking.”
You lifted up your head, tilting it to look at him. It was hard to tell whether he was annoyed or flustered. You’re not sure where the sudden boldness came from, but this is as good a time as any. Might as well. “You’re right. It’s a bad time to make jokes. So I’m dead serious.”
“No, you’re not.”
“I am.” You nodded, turning your expression very serious.
“You’re weird as fuck.” He sputtered out after a few attempts to speak. The tips of his ears were red, red as it always was whenever you used to jokingly suggest that he should date you. Except you weren’t really joking anymore. You haven’t been joking for a long, long time.
“I mean..” You closed your eyes. You were too tired to even feel embarrassed. “We’re the only ones left. Me and you. You’re all I have left, Levi. So, why not?”
He stared at you for a few seconds, gaping. Then he started shaking his head. “You’re insane.” He finally said.
“You’re just realizing that?”
“No.” He muttered. “You’re insane. And it’s rubbing off on me.”
He turned to you, peering at you with one good eye, pondering. And finally, he made up his mind.
“You’re insane. And I’m no fucking different.” He sighed. “I must’ve hit my head pretty damn hard because I’m actually considering this shit.”
You grinned. “Go on, say it. You like me.”
“Wrong. I tolerate you.”
“Good enough. You don’t tolerate a lot of people, so I’ll take it as I'm special.”
He sighed, turning away, hoping that’s enough to hide his heart from you. You were special to him, always. But you didn’t need to know that. He didn’t want you to know that. He didn’t know how to let you know that.
“Can you believe us?” He scoffed. “We’re practically sitting in a graveyard. Half the world’s ruined but then there’s us.”
“That’s fine. Let’s keep being us. The world can go fuck itself. Meanwhile, we can—”
“Do not finish that sentence.” He glared.
You stopped, a laugh breaking through. And you laughed so hard your stomach ached and there were tears lining in your eyes. And even Levi smiled, just the slightest, barely. A subtle quirk of his mouth.
“We’re insane.” You admitted. With that, you stood up, stumbling a little before you found your balance. You reached out your hand to Levi, who took it without question.
“Come on, Lev.” You pulled him up, letting him wrap an arm around you to brace himself. “Let’s go home.”
You were right, Levi thinks as he limps with you, letting you support him. It was nice to finally let himself lean on someone.
You two are the only ones left.
You’re all he has now.
The world has taken enough from him. He’s so tired of letting go.
And he’d be damned if he let you go too.

"He's staring directly at you." Connie spoke, hushed voice close to your ear as his breath fanned over your cheek. Your eyes darted around the room, finally finding the narrow grey ones Connie had been referring to, aimed at you with a killer glare. Once making eye contact, he'd slowly looked away, scowl over his face as he'd watched Erwin speak hands gesturing as his friends had listened closely.
"Let me talk to him." Connie stood, but had been stopped by your hand reaching outward, fingers wrapping around his wrist. "Please, don't. Plus, it's his place - don't get us kicked out of the party." You'd begged him with your gaze, a small shake of the head. "Just ignore him, I'm fine." The persuasion had his figure relaxing, giving in and sitting back down on the battered three seater. Sasha threw an arm around him, sitting widely on the other side of him with drink in hand.
"We should play a game!" Sasha shouted in order for rest of the group to hear, Jean moving his chair closer, Eren, Mikasa and Armin leaning in. "How 'bout truth or dare?" Sasha had ended with a smile, the other members of the group instead groaning. "What?" Her question was lost in the chatter once more as those surrounding had lost interest. Connie had laughed at his friend, an eager girl who'd had a heart bigger than a brain - or perhaps, it had been her stomach.
"Why does Ackerman keep staring?" Jean's voice had pulled you from your focus on Connie and Sasha as he'd had his elbows to thighs, leaning forward.  "He thinks I had something to do with Petra cheating." You spoke as you'd swirled the drink around in the red solo cup, sighing before bringing it to lips. As you drank, you watched Jeans eyebrow furrow, thinking for a moment. He'd tried to connect the dots in his head, but couldn't. Once satisfied with the amount of liquor in your throat, you pulled the cup from your mouth and held it back down upon your lap, liquid now sufficiently lessened.
"I was friends with Petra, back in freshman year. New to college, new to Germany as a whole - she was the student ambassador assigned to me. Brought me along to some parties, before I met you guys." As you'd explained, you'd looked through the corner of your vision to check what Levi had been doing. He'd stopped obsessing over your every movement, instead complaining to Hange, her arms wrapped around him as she'd laughed. He'd looked miserable as ever.
"There was a party, it was in February that year - she got off with Eld in seven minutes in heaven. I opened the door and saw them, but didn't tell Levi. He found out a few weeks after and blames me for not telling him sooner." Your explanation had ended with a long exhale of breath you hadn't realised you'd held, another twist of the plastic cup.  "But that's ridiculous-" Jean began, but you raised a hand.  "He's right. I should've told him." Defeated tone, you slumped back against the cushions.
"Seven minutes in heaven!" The shout of Pieck had brought you from the racing in your mind, an uncomfortable shift in the seat at the ill-timing of the announcement. An innate reaction of your sight meeting with Levi's had made matters worse, his hardened gaze looking back at you. Hange and Erwin had stood, smiling wide and preparing to move forward, while he'd remained seated. Fingers wrapped around your shoulders as you were pulled upward, suddenly aware of Sasha and Connie's excited expressions as they'd dragged you toward the circle forming on the other side of the room.
"N-no, guys." The protests from your lips had been ignored as you'd fought against them, only to be seated among your group, bottle in the center of a wide circle.  "It'll be fun!" Sasha shouted as the bottle spun, the first pair of students making their way upstairs. First, the bedrooms would be filled out, with the final couple having to make do in the pantry cupboard. Sasha's cheeks turned red when the bottle's mouth had met her space, burning a deeper scarlet when it had spun again to land on Connie.
That had left you beside Jean, awaiting the final two turns so you'd be able to leave, though as the spinning glass slowed and neared closer to you, your heart had been within your throat. Clear as day, no space for questioning, the green bottle had pointed at no one other than yourself. Time had seemed to slow as you watched anxiously at the second spin, bottle stopping within a matter of seconds. It had been with reluctance as you'd looked up, fear in your eyes replaced with horror when meeting with the bottle's suitor. It can't be-
Levi stared back at you, though hadn't looked frightened - he'd instead been filled with rage. When he'd began to stand, meaning to walk off, he'd been stopped by Erwin, who'd instead offered a shove toward the closet door. You'd been sat in shock, though soon found Eren and Mikasa following Erwin's actions, pushing you toward the pantry only a few meters away until both yourself and Levi had been shoved in, door barricaded on the other side. You'd fought to push it open, shoulder hitting into wood with loud thuds, eventually pushed aside by Levi as he'd repeated your actions. Loud groans of frustration left his chest as he'd kicked at the handle, though it had been in vain.
"It's no use, Levi. We'll just have to wait until the time's up." A few boxes had been pushed against the wall and you'd taken one, placing it down behind you before sitting on it. Leaning back, you'd rested your head against one of many wooden shelves, watching as Levi had stopped taking his frustrations out on the door, instead sliding down the wood and meeting with the ground beneath his feet. He'd found himself in somewhat of a fetal position, ass to floor and knees folded to chest, head hanging low. Black hair had swayed before his face.
For the first two minutes, there had been silence. You'd appreciated it, instead listening to the ambient chatter and muted music from beyond the closet door, though when sinking back and moving to allow yourself a more comfortable position, your knee had met with Levi's, igniting a fire within him as his head tilted back upward, eyes locking with yours.
"Sorry-" You'd began a defensive apology, though had been cut short by his quick and stabbing anger.  "Don't fucking touch me." His words were muttered beneath his breath, though within the quiet of the closet, the closeness of the two of you, you'd been able to hear the statement clearly. "Why are you here, anyway? Who invited you and your shitty friend group?" A sigh of frustration had left you as he'd continued ranting. Drowning out his noise, you closed your eyes - squeezing them shut before taking a leap of faith and beginning to speak the words you'd wanted to say since that evening 18 months prior.
"Levi -" Beginning, you'd interrupted yourself with a shaky exhale before continuing. "I'm so sorry. I should have told you when I saw them; but Petra was my only friend. I was so scared of being alone that I hadn't thought about you, and how you'd deserved to know."  Levi had let his stiffened exterior relax slightly, shoulders dropping. The open mouth with sharp tongue finally loosened, leaving an expression of thought written across his features. He'd calculated his reply for a few moments as your heart had raced, awaiting some sort of response. You'd considered continuing the apology before he'd finally started to speak, though hadn't needed to before he'd filled the silent air with a softer tone.
"I appreciate honesty above all else." Levi spoke, hands clasping together, fingers interlacing as he'd continued. "If you'd have told me about Petra, Hange would've spoken to you - Erwin, too. And you have a group now, you didn't need her." Levi's statements felt redundant, though you'd appreciated the sudden lack of animosity.  "I'm sorry, Levi. Not telling you is something I regret, and it's actually part of the reason I don't speak to her anymore." His eyes had met with yours, and for the first time since their break-up, he hadn't looked at you with hate. "I wanted to speak with you about it, but you hated me so much that I couldn't get close to you even if I tried."
He nodded, another exasperated sigh. "Just thought you'd sided with her." Levi explained, the tension within the closet suddenly lifting. Opening your mouth to speak again, you were interrupted by a loud bang; door opening and leaving Levi to fall backward. Hange had been on the other side, grin wide as Levi had scowled toward her, moving from the carpeted ground to brush himself off at his feet. You smiled toward Hange, pushing yourself from the crate you'd been sat rather uncomfortably upon to leave the cramped cupboard and return to your group of friends.
"Shit, you were in there with Ackerman?" Jean's voice had been the first you'd heard since returning, to which you'd been left to nod. Though, a small smile on your face had spoken true feelings when he'd proceeded to ask how you'd still been alive.  "We made up, actually." Jean's questioning expression had caused a chuckle from your lips, glancing over your shoulder to look over to Levi and his own friends. They'd been within the midst of a game of beer pong, and Levi had looked to be winning.
"I'm gonna grab another drink, want one?" He'd asked, and you'd accepted, watching him disappear into the crowd of people near the fridge. Somewhere on the kitchen counter had been a bowl of punch, surrounded by other forms of liquor and drafts.  "Wanna join?" An unfamiliar voice had sent some concern over your spine, though when meeting with Erwin's blue gaze, you'd relaxed. His offer had taken you by surprise, but you'd accepted nonetheless, walking toward the table covered with plastic cups, Hange hunched over and attempting to concentrate as they clutched a small white ball between their fingers, eyes squinting before letting go. They missed, ball instead falling flatly before the lip of a cup, bouncing onto the wood and hitting carpet.
"Got another player!" Erwin had announced, but before you'd been able to participate, you'd felt a cold and sticky liquid coat your side, dripping over your arm and hip. Mouth wide and brows raised, your gaze shot to the perpetrator - a sorry looking Jean.  "Fuck." He spoke, placing the cup down beside others on the table and reaching toward you, though hands falling short as he'd realised he didn't have the resources to clean the liquor from your shirt. So, he'd instead stood with arms out before him, fingers spread and expression questioning his own next move. "Come on, brat. I'll get you a shirt."
Levi had moved from the other side of the table to beside you, fingers ghosting over the skin of your clean arm as he pointed toward the doorway.  "I'll get you another shirt." The explanation had aided with your confusion, and as he'd walked away you'd followed, a quick side eye to Jean's red cheeked face before going along with the black haired male.
He'd taken you upstairs, walking past a few doors before entering one at the end of the hall. You'd questioned whether to follow or stay behind, but after a few moments you'd given up on the internal confliction and walked into the room. It had been neat, freshly dusted and vacuumed with a faint scent of vanilla in the air. The furniture had matched a black and white tone, a desk, bookshelf and bed, muted lighting emitting only from a lamp beside the plain coloured sheets.
Levi had stood at his closet, another door in the wall with many neutral toned garments on hangers, drawers beneath. He'd pulled a navy turtleneck and handed it to you, eyes shifting from the cotton to your warmed cheeks. You'd realised upon taking it that Levi had currently worn what had looked to be the same turtleneck, only in black.  "You can change in the bathroom." He commented, a quick point toward an en-suite before crossing one arm over the other.
When pulling Levi's shirt over your head, you were encompassed by a scent that had felt alien, yet comforting. The scent you'd understood to be Levi's, one of ceder-wood; faint hints of bergamot. Lacing fingers with the hem, you glanced in the mirror, a tightness in your chest when glancing over your own body in something Levi had owned. The smell had been somewhat intoxicating - an intrusive reminder of whom the article of clothing had belonged to.
Before the events of that night, you hadn't spoken with Levi much, only when in the presence of Petra. She'd controlled most conversations and he'd allowed her to, quietly appreciating her, loving her. You'd admired him at a distance and until now you'd assumed the admiration to be due to his attentiveness as a partner - a form of jealousy. Though, with his t-shirt clinging to your skin, his scent lingering over your nose and your heart beating wildly against your rib-cage, you'd began to question how exactly you'd felt about the Ackerman.
Had it been admiration, or had it been attraction? Maybe, being Petra's friend you'd misjudged the way you'd felt when watching him, the way he'd expressed when you had conversed, the similarity of your opinions. With the apology and sudden new-ground between you, you'd known the magnetism you'd felt toward him hadn't simply been that of acclaim or approbation for his being - it had felt as if your body had formed some sort of crush. Though, you chalked it down to alcohol, and a new-found acquaintanceship.
Turning the lock and exiting the bathroom, you held the dirtied shirt between your fingers. Levi had waited atop his bed while you'd washed off the liquid and changed, standing with one arm outstretched when you'd walked toward the center of the room.  "I'll wash it." Levi spoke, fingers drifting over the fabric while awaiting your approval.  "You don't have to-"  "Please. It's an apology for being so rude to you. Plus, you couldn't get that stain out without my help." Levi hadn't needed to persuade you further, the shirt leaving your grasp and entering his own.
"Do you talk to her anymore?" Levi spoke, your shifting body stopping to turn back and face him. "Petra, I mean." He gripped the shirt tightly, grey eyes locked onto yours. You shook your head.  "You?"  "No." Levi dropped his gaze, maneuvering to sit on the mattress once more.
"Aren't you gonna come down?" You'd asked while watching him slouch, still clutching at the cotton in his hands. He didn't answer, and in turn you walked to his body, seating yourself beside him. "What is it?" You questioned, but again you'd been left without a reply. A few anxious moments within silence had altered your mind, sifting through various shallow conversational topics as if your brain had been a filing unit.  "Thinking about the most eventful seven minutes in heaven you've experienced?"
The joke had left your lips before you'd processed the statement, your body being left to cringe at the odd utterance. Teeth clenching, you shook your head, balling fists before turning to face Levi. He'd been watching you, an expression of either amusement or annoyance - you couldn't tell the difference with him.  "Sorry, that was stupid-" The apology had begun, yet you hadn't been able to proceed as he'd taken over.  "We can try again." Levi had responded quickly, a flash of hope over his countenance as he'd allowed such a risky assertion past his lips.
"What?" You'd questioned in disbelief as he'd taken the moments following to think, finally acting upon the impulse within his body. Whether it had been alcohol or a rush of adrenaline he hadn't been sure, but Levi took control when leaning toward you to place a kiss over your lips, pulling back to assess your reaction. He'd dropped your shirt to the floor, eyes widening and an expression of regret, though you hadn't allowed him to indulge within guilt as you'd closed the gap once more.
With a longer kiss, you'd been able to feel the softness of his lips against yours. A hand brought to cheek had caressed over Levi's pale skin, smooth under fingertips. He'd had narrow and sharp features, all able to be felt beneath your touch, the jut of his jaw, the smallness of his lips. There had been a buzz in your core, one you were sure had been partially caused by liquor, though aided by anxiety and excitement.
Your hand had slowly moved to cup at the back of his head several kisses into the encounter, undercut grazing your fingers. When introducing tongue and slipping fingers to sit between the locks at the back of his head, Levi had also allowed his hands to leave the sheets. A squeeze over your thigh, drifting to your hip. You'd given a light tug to the thick of his hair as a gesture for him to straddle you, and he'd taken the offer.
Falling with back to the mattress, you spread your legs to accommodate his frame, arms caging either side of your torso as he pressed his chest to yours, lips still moving leisurely with your own. As tongues roamed one another, there had been an influx of drool, a sheen coating each of your mouths. Spit from both you and him now merging, a fluid representing both lust and attraction toward the other. Levi's hand had finally moved downward and allowed him to tug at your jeans, a question of furthering the actions taken between you. You'd obliged nonetheless, fidgeting to undo the button and slide denim from your legs. He'd pulled back to kneel, fingers squirming to unbuckle his belt and undo trousers, until both you and Levi had been equally undressed, only the thin cotton of underwear moderating exposure.
Levi leaned forward to reconnect with you once more, lips working against yours as his erection had been hard against your slit, though each body still caged within the final layer of clothing. A roll of his hips to yours had caused a moan to erupt from you, uncomfortable wetness desperately needing more friction. You pulled back, hands against his chest lightly pushing against him to allow space. He'd watched you breathlessly, gaze threatening to drop to the glossy lips he'd wanted to re-attach himself to, though restraining as he'd awaited your question.
"How far do you want this to go?" Heat had risen through you when you'd asked, a small smile forming across Levi's lips, an exhale of amusement before he'd replied.  "All the way." Reply whispered against the skin of your neck, you'd arched your back, goosebumps prickling bare skin. Levi had taken the movement as an invitation to slip his hand beneath the arch, fingers hooking to the clasp of your bra and opening the garment. Pulling back, he'd looked to you for consent, only sliding straps over your arms after you'd given a reassuring nod.
"Do you have condoms?" You'd almost choked when Levi had taken a nipple into his mouth, a moan originating deeply from your chest when he'd rolled his tongue over the bud, fingertips grazing over the other.
He pulled back to reach to the bedside table, fumbling around before pulling out a foiled packet. Once extending the rubber, he'd taken the last step of pulling your panties from covering you, dragging them over your thighs, slowly over calves until your feet had slipped through. For a moment, Levi watched over you to admire your figure, though soon gave into temptation and lined himself up, a languid slide forward complimented by a hiss between his teeth.  "Fuck." Levi's curse had caused you to clench over him, a sigh from lips when he'd pushed deeper. "So tight."
Once bottoming out, he drew back, picking a pace as he rocked forward. The stretch you'd felt between legs had felt good, head pressing back to the pillow beneath as you'd let out a whine. Levi placed his thumb to his tongue, a quick glob of spit coating the digit before he brought it forward to lay over your clit, rubbing circles over the nerve. You'd allowed a louder moan out, pleasure displayed through another arch of your back, eyes squeezing closed.  "Levi-" Speaking his name had only encouraged him further, rolling into you while groaning, watching your contorted expression through half lidded eyes.
"Feel s' good." The praise had been slurred as your mind had been too focused on the sensations between your thighs to give a more coherent statement, lip catching between your teeth when he'd continued to rub over you. The build up was nearing an end, whines and gasps growing louder.  "Shh," Levi had whispered, slowing his pace and earning a disapproving groan. "Unless you want everyone else to hear me fucking you?" Levi's comment caused your stomach to churn, though you'd been adamant with the boom of music and the bustle on the floor below that no one would be able to distinguish your muted moans from the music - if they'd even been able to hear.
"Gonna cum." Levi had gone a little faster after the statement, eyes locked onto your tensed face, only straying slightly to catch a glimpse of himself inside you.  "Cum on my cock." His instruction had aided in pushing you over the edge, a coil within your core finally snapping. In return, Levi had groaned, mouth agape as he felt himself loosen, finally letting go. With both coming undone in unison, the moment had felt euphoric, a mess of whines and skin slapping on skin, breath panting as you'd felt yourselves grounding once more.

Hi!! I saw that you were doing a Valentine's special event and I was wondering if you could write something with Levi with prompt #2Jerk
I feel like it has so much potential, like, if Levi and reader were roommates and Levi was just so over that stupid ex that ditched reader. I'm gonna leave it up to you, though. Thanks and Happy Valentine's day! 💗
Prompt #2: Jerk ♡
“’What kinda Jerk breaks up with their partner on Valentine’s?’ It seems your friend has some very vocal opinions on your partner ex. Maybe they could treat you better…”
Character: Levi Ackerman. See Valentine's Event: HERE
warning: Not proof read. Lmk if parts dont make sense, I can rewrite them
Tumblr media
You softly closed the door to your shared apartment, trying to make as little noise as possible. Your roommate, Levi, had two of his friends over, Erwin and Hange, and not only did you not want to disturb them, but you didn’t want them to see you like this, mascara tear trails cascading down your face, eyes red and puffy from crying in your car for the last hour. You also didn’t want to answer any questions about why your valentine’s date with your boyfriend had ended so quickly. Sneaking quietly to your room, you had just put your hand on the door knob when- “Ah, hello y/n! My, you’re home early! How was your date?” You kept your back to Hange, nodding slightly and saying in a thick voice that it was good, but you’re not feeling so well so you ended it early. “I think I’ll go lie down for a bit, but it was nice seeing you, Hange” “Well if you need anything just - ”
You felt bad for shutting the door on them mid sentence, but you just can’t deal with keeping up pleasantries and acting nice when what you really want to do is scream and cry and punch everything and everyone. You walked over to your vanity, staring at your blotchy reflection, and began to wipe away the mascara trails, the makeup you had spent hours on, the determination to look pretty for him - that’s what he was always complaining about, how you didn’t present yourself like other girls, how sloppy your appearance was even when you spent hours and hours choosing outfits, doing your hair, all for him. Maybe it was for the better. You knew lots of your friends didn’t like him very much, but he loved you. At least, you thought he did. You sat at your vanity, staring at your reflection as if willing it to change. A knock sounded at the door. “Y/n? Can I come in?” A few seconds silence passed as you opened your mouth to reply, but no sound came out. “Okay, I’m coming in.”
You and Levi stared at each other for what seemed like eternity. He sat down on the armchair across from the vanity, and you followed his reflection in the square glass mirror. “What happened? Did that Jerk of a boyfriend of yours do something?” You sighed and put your head in your hands. “Don’t worry about-” “I can’t hear you, stop mumbling.” You stood up angrily and yelled at him, “I said don’t worry about it, and if you don’t mind, I’d like some peace and quiet!”. Watching his expression in the mirror, you immediately felt regret. You sat back down on the stool, putting your head in your hands. “I’m sorry, Levi, I’m just a bit- I don’t even know. Miserable, I suppose.”
“Tch.” Levi stood up and walked over to you, grabbing your arm. “Let’s go.” He guided you to the kitchen, gesturing at you to sit on one of the stools at the pristine kitchen counter. He turned to you, simply saying “Talk.” as he busied himself brewing two cups of tea. So you did. You told him all about how your boyfriend had sat you in his car, after you gave him the gifts that you had spent hours making, the gift that you had worked tirelessly to save for, and told you that there was another woman. “’A better woman, someone who can actually talk for themself, and takes care of their appearance’, apparently.” Levi placed a cup of steaming tea in front of you. “Bullshit. You can talk for yourself just fine, and your appearance is radiant, even when you’re bawling your eyes out over some jerk. I mean seriously, who breaks up with someone like you on Valentine’s day?” You gave him a small smile. “Thanks, Levi. I just can’t believe that he really broke up with me. And he admitted that he was seeing other women while we were dating, too. I really should’ve listened to you guys. I mean, even Armin didn’t like him!”
Levi sipped his tea. “He never treated you right, y/n. Everyone could see that. I hope you took back that gift you gave him. You spent hours working for it.” You grinned. “Yeah, it’s in my car. Hey, later can you help me with some of his stuff that he left here? Connie and Jean’s place has a firepit, right?” “Yeah. We can bring it over later on, but first-” He stood up. “You still have a Valentine’s day to celebrate.” “What? Levi, I just broke up with my boyfriend. How can I celebrate Valentine’s alone?” He typed something on his phone, before looking up at you. “What am I, a kitchen stool? We’ll celebrate it together, my treat. God knows you deserve it after being with that jerk for so long.” He held up his phone. “Niccolo managed to get us a spot for this evening at this restuarant, but we still have a few hours to kill. How about a movie?” You looked at him, utterly in shock. “…really?” He hummed, scrolling through his phone. ”They’ve got The Notebook, Marley and Me… anything bearable…? …ah, here we go. They have a special screening of one of those Studio Ghibli movies you like. What about that…? Y/n, are you okay?” You had started to tear up, watching Levi put more effort into a day out than your ex-boyfriend ever had, in just a few minutes. “Yeah. yeah, that sounds perfect, Levi. Thank you so much, seriously.” “Don’t mention it. You deserve way more than just a movie and dinner, anyways. Let me just tell Erwin and Hange to lock up after they leave and we can head out. The next screening is in half an hour, so we can get boba beforehand, if you’d like.”
As he walked away, you quickly washed your face and grabbed your bag, feeling more excitement than you had felt in a long, long time. “You ready?” “Oh, don’t you want me to put on some make up or something?” He looked at you strange. “Of course not. You look great.” you said nothing for a moment, temporarily in shock. Your ex had always expected you to look pristine whenever you went out, he refused to bring you out if you didn’t. “Oh. Okay! I’m ready, then.” Levi looked at you, and smiled. “Great. Let’s go, then.” Holding the door open for you, the two of you left the apartment block, and headed out for the best Valentine’s day you had ever had in a long time.
A.n. STOP I LOVED WRITING THIS SM, TYSM FOR REQUESTING IT! If you want me to do a part two, where maybe they run into y/n's ex, then lmk bc i would love an excuse to write it.

levi's cheeks are so full 'n round with the season 4 artstyle <3
Tumblr media
just some levi headcannons abt his lover who loves messing with his round cheeks
Tumblr media
jus imagine levi with his round cheeks
i only just recently noticed that his facial shape was rounder
the entire time of season 4 i was like "something is off 🤨"
and then after looking at zeke (just admiring his features) and then levi appeared and i was admiring his features i realized it was because levi's facial shape is rounder.
but anyways
imagine just being able to kiss levi's cheeks all day.
he wouldn't like it ofc (he thinks it makes him look weak)
but secretly he does
he cant help but feel the tips of his ears tinge when you take his round cheeks into the palm of your hands, just squishing them and poking them
you once did that in front of everyone and he got so mad 🤣
he got so red too, surprising his comrades
he sorta thought it was embarrassing
on one hand, everyone is now teasing him and wanting to poke his cheek
on the other, he can't help but feel all fuzzy 'n warm inside (on the outside hes jus like 😐) when u lean in to give him a light peck on his cheek
not necessarily being a lusting kiss, but rather being a kiss that lasted long enough to want more
imagine just lazing (just you - not him) with him, and just randomly squeezing his cheek
he'd punch you in the shoulder for that, saying that "ur annoying" but really he can't help but touch the area where your warm fingers just were
maybe if you were lucky enough, maybe if he was in a good mood, he'd squeeze your cheek back, or even lean in to kiss your own cheeks
just maybe tho 🤣

Hey, how are you?? could i request a hc's from AOT characters (with Levi please) react to their s/o calling them handsome/pretty?
i'm fine. thanks for asking :) sorry for the long wait. i kinda lost my motivation to write and then i had to go to the hospital for over two months, where there was no internet except for a common room, which was always occupied. T-T but now that i am back home, i will try to answer all of my requests before the end of the year.
includes: levi ackermann, mikasa ackermann, christa lenz, berthold hoover, jean kirschstein warnings: none, pure fluff :)
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Levi Ackermann:
Levi.exe stopped working
Levi would stare at you with his usual expression. It would take him a while to fully process what you just told him. But even after, you wouldn't be able to see how flustered he is.
He won't say anything to you in reply because he is just awkward and confused about this. Honestly, this whole situation is going to be extremally awkward if you don't proceed with a different topic. Levi would definitely be thankful for it.
Probably no one ever has told him that he is handsome.
Tumblr media
Mikasa Ackermann:
She is not used to be called pretty. Most people would rather call her strong. So, she is rather flustered by your statement especially if you are blunt about it.
Mikasa would blush instantly. Her eyes are fixated on the ground as she mutters a small thank you.
At night, when she found her composure again, and it's just the two of you, she would tell you in the smallest detail every little thing she finds so breathtaking and endearing about you.
Tumblr media
Christa Lenz:
She knows how to carry herself. Christa will smile sweetly at you and tells you that you are very pretty/handsome yourself.
She probably gets a lot of compliments but because it comes from you, she will cherish it.
Christa now made it her mission to tell you how beautiful you are at least once a day.
Tumblr media
Berthold Hoover:
Berthold is going to be super awkward. He would just start to laugh nervously, as his hands get sweatier with every passing second.
At first, he would think, you aren't talking to him until he sees your confused expression. After all, it's not often that someone would call him handsome.
After he had calmed down a bit, he would tell you shyly that he thinks you are a lot more pretty/handsome.
Tumblr media
Jean Kirschstein:
Tries to act cocky about it but is way too flustered for his own good. He stumbles over his own words as he also tries to give you a compliment. In the end, he probably said something weird like: "I like that you have eyes."
And he will forever be teased by the others for it.
I think that he got called handsome a few times before but that doesn't mean he knows how to handle this situation. And it makes it even worse for him that you, the person he has a crush on, told him that.

headcannons of the aot boys comforting their gn!S/O!
Summery: Eren, Levi, and Reiner find their significant other crying on their shared bed.
Note: I'm trying a new format and tumblr is acting weird for me so I apologize if it looks weird 😭
Warning: Maybe ooc?? Possibly
Tumblr media
Eren
He would be so worried whenever he hears you sniffling beside him and see you shake a little bit. He wants the best for you and it aches his heart to see you such in a vulnerable state. He wants you smiling all the time.
He would call your name or just a random nickname that he choose for you out first to see if you were crying in your sleep while having a nightmare. But when he realizes that your awake, he immediately sits up.
He asks what's wrong while he places his hand on your shoulder. He wants you to know that he has your back and you can come to him for support at anytime.
When you flip over to look at him, you see his worried expression. You sit up a little bit more and start to rant to him about what's been going on. You pause for a little while trying to swallow the lump in your throat. He's expression softens and starts to craddle you in his arms with your head on his chest.
He hates to see you in pain. He would see the world crumble rather then to see you cry. He loves you so much, he will legit do anything to bring your hopes up.
He asks if you want to watch a movie with him to help you calm down and forget about it. When you say yes, he would grab all of the snacks and hold you as the movie goes on as you fall asleep in his arms.
Levi
I think it's already kinda obvious that he gets nervous when it comes to comforting. He was never really shown comforting when he was a child so he ends up just teaching himself how to comfort others.
Whenever you two are in bed and he hears any sign of distress, he immediately picks up his head and looks for any sign of danger, when he realizes that there is not any sign of danger, he turns his head towards you.
He tightens his grip on you and asks what's wrong and if you want to talk about it. He might seem cold but he does care about you. A lot actually. He wants the best for you at all times.
When you answer, he's listening as he rubs your back or starts to play with your hair and removeing any tangles if any. He wants the best for you and makes sure that you feel loved at all times. Even if at times he may not know how to show it.
He asks what you want to do. If you want to just be held, that's what he will gladly do until you both are back asleep.
Reiner
He immediately gets worried when he feels how cold it is next to him on his bed, which completely washes away how groggy He was from just waking up. He sits up and sees that your on the edge of the bed with your hands resting on your face while you sob.
Reiner crawls over and wraps his arm around you from behind. He feels awful whenever he sees his partner cry like this, especially while he is asleep. He feels you tense up but then realize that it's just him.
"What's wrong baby?" he would ask with his groggy voice. He wants to know so he can help. He feels bad for everything that he has done in the past, so he wants to help as much as he can.
When you vent to him about what's been bothering you, he sits there silently as he listens as you hiccup between sentences. His heart aches in pain when you vent and he could almost feel his heart swell up.
He asks if you want to go to bed again and when you say yes, he pulls you back to bed and then quickly leaves for a breif moment and comes back with water to help you calm down.
When your done with the water, he sets it on the bedside table and crawls back in bed with you and tangling your twos legs back together.
