Qual Selo Mecânico para Bomba de Caldeira?

Nessa publicação vamos comentar sobre algumas particularidades para selos mecânicos aplicados em “bombas de caldeiras” para evitar os problemas conforme comentados abaixo. 

 O selo mecânico aplicado nesse equipamento estava fora das condições ideais e apresentava vazamento constante. Foi instalado um selo mecânico não balanceado (para pressões abaixo de 10 bar), faces deslizantes em carbeto de silício x carbeto de silício x viton e com um plano de ligação totalmente modificado.

Vamos analisar as condições operacionais que na maioria das bombas operam:

- Altas Temperaturas.

- Altas Pressões.

- Altas Rotações.

Para essas aplicações é necessário ter atenção com as seguintes condições:

- Geometria da Bomba ( ver na publicação https://ledesconsultoria.tumblr.com/post/181027454234/quanto-a-bomba-pode-estar-fora);

- Vedações Primárias - Faces deslizantes (Carbono Duro x Carbeto de Silício ou Tungstênio) melhor combinação para altas rotações e fluidos com baixas propriedades de lubrificação;

- Vedações Secundárias - Anéis “O” (EPDM - Elastômero Etileno Propileno ou Perfluorelastômero) melhor elastômero para água quente;

- Geometria do Selo Mecânico (Balanceamento hidráulico para suportar as altas pressões acima de 10 bar e minimizar o superaquecimento das faces deslizantes e consequentemente melhorando a lubrificação das mesmas);

- Plano de ligação conforme API 682 ( Podem ser utilizados os planos 02, 13, 21, 23, sede refrigerada G115, equalização entre caixas entre outros de acordo com as condições existentes).

Create Android Application

The first step is to create a simple Android Application using Android studio. When you click on Android studio icon, it will show screen as shown below

You can start your application development by calling start a new android studio project. in a new installation frame should ask Application name, package information and location of the project.−
