so obsessed with conflict where both people are right. in tv shows
#irl its like well i hate this#specifically thinking abt in bcs#saw the episode where chuck testifies in court against jimmy recently#and its so. not to expose my ass here#but i totally see it as a situation where neither person is wrong bc it reminds me of how i see my dad#like jimmy was a shitty person who fucked up over and over#and now he gets to be the good guy because he turned himself around#but not really because chuck blocked him at every turn. because he still remembers how shitty he was and cant let it go#and so when jimmy retaliates against chuck to the audience we're on jimmy's side because we've only known the good jimmy#but to chuck hes seeing all of who jimmy has been and its like a bias being confirmed. he has a reason to hate him#chuck got so bitter from being the good guy that he became the bad guy#and jimmy still isnt really a good guy. he still cuts corners#great writing.#apparently the show increases in emotional depth so im going to loose my mind
