花博后里森林園區「四口之家」 再奪美國建築大師獎榮譽獎 【記者張世昌／台中報導】 位於花博后里森林園區的可永續發展家園「四口之家」第三度傳來捷報，這次在國際建築業矚目的「2018美國建築大師獎」(ArchitectureMasterPrize)中，榮獲住宅類榮譽獎(HonorableMention)；打造四口之家的建築師簡祺珅在不破壞現地環境的情況下蓋出四口之家、推廣自然建材，也讓民眾在木造建築中，欣賞植物生長與氣候變化，傾聽自然傳遞給人們的信息，享受最原始天然的美好，四口之家連連獲獎，未來不止是後花博時期台灣建築業的新典範，更讓台灣在地球永續發展的理念和努力呈現給全世界。 簡建築師表示，成本低廉的建材會破壞生態、衝擊地球永續；而木材雖然最節能減碳，卻可能出現潮濕、蟲蛀和防火等問題。他和建築設計團隊想建立大家對台灣國產木材和建築的信心，因此運用自然風冬暖夏涼的特性，天然光不必開燈、長屋簷遮陽擋雨不用關窗開冷氣等作法，打造天然節能減碳的房子，推展環保意識。 簡建築師以日本奈良的世界遺產福興寺為例，每個建材都有其特性，木材最能減碳，只要運用對的方法、技術和地點，木造房子也能像日本古寺矗立1,300年。四口之家的木材全為國產，如柱子屋簷用台灣柳杉，地板用台灣相思木，還利用農業廢棄物採收後的稻桿作成「預製牆」隔熱，建材95%可回歸大自然；從施工、材料生產、興建到花博展期結束1年3個月的時間裡，相較於同樣大小的水泥建物，可減少37.74%的排碳量。 建設局長黃玉霖表示，四口之家無論在理念或建築設計等方面，均傳達減碳的環保意識，更創造出建築的獨特性，是棟會思考、會生活、充滿智慧的房子，相信四口之家留下來的將不止是後花博時期台灣建築業新典範，更展現台灣為永續地球發展的理念和努力。 游勝鈞;游胜钧;指動傳播科技;指动传播科技;指傳媒;指传媒;華民通訊社;华民通讯社;民生新聞網;民生新闻网,臺中市政府,資料來源：臺中市政府全球資訊網 - 市政新聞

Lakeside Garden by @toposla Winner of @architecturemasterprize 2021 - Gardens category. Lead Designer: Yi Zhu Lakeside Garden establishes a harmonious interface between people, nature, and history.
