i consume all your arle fics like a starved woman... listen, your brain is so big when it comes to her interacting with the reader i'm literally kicking my feet blushing and giggling when i read your works 🤭 i just want to rot everyone's brain with fluff so give us a second to think about us braiding her hair (she'd say no at first but who is she to resist puppy eyes???)

i am so glad that you enjoy it teehee. i try to be accurate with my characterization, or at least as much as i can manage :]

also, a long braid would be really pretty on her, i think it would look nice with the different hair tones she has too.

she would 100% at first be like "i don't need anything done to my hair. i would prefer it to stay unchanged."

however, give her your best puppy dog eyes and she will concede like "fine. if it really means so much to you."

but she secretly really enjoys the feeling of your hands running through her hair, especially if you brush it nice and smooth first, and if you're extra gentle she feels like you're being caring to her. she's probably used to doing the caretaking, so this would actually be a pivotal moment for her as she's the one receiving the care.

doesn't matter if she had an important meeting or business to attend to, she will sit for as long as her darling needs to finish doing her hair.

oh, and she will not mind at all from now on if you play with her hair or ask to braid it again. she would probably even let you braid it while she has soldiers come in for meetings. because let's be honest, even if you were a soldier walking in and you see her getting her hair done, you're not gonna say shit to her 😭
