Crafting is superfun but it can cut a deep hole in the pocket so i am careful about picking most of my supplies from reputed wholesellers. I spend a ton on art supplies but i figure, its well worth it, coz art is an extension of my being, so why compromise ?? For the past couple of weeks - I've been wanting to try out brush letters with brush pens but did'nt find good ones. By sheer stroke of luck, one of our whatsapp group friends mentioned, buying brush pen set for dhs 6.50 !!!!!!! Obviously i was skeptical but intrigued !! We decided to check out the place. If you dont live under a rock, then u know that the Gulf version of the american dollar store is Day to Day, which is dotted all around UAE !! With trends and mediums, changing so frequently, it does wisely to pick supplies, that your going to experiment with, economically - although its not always the case. We visited Day to Day Bur Dubai, and were pleasantly surprised by the arts and craft selection, they are carrying. Naturally my shopping haul is a dream today - for the price !! I've just been practising brush letters eversince we got home, this evening and I am happy to report that the brush pens are fabulous.
