Look at what we get to when we put the needles down. Often times tattooing takes all our time and energy and we can't find time for painting. It is important to stop chasing the money all the time and to try a little exploration. We have to give the client what he/she wants all the time, what happens when we take the time to explore our own ideas? Explore what's inside you, it is enriching and sometimes surprising. Plus there's always the possibilty that "if you build it they will come".
