It's probably just a coincidence, but it was that useless spell my master taught me that brought me and my companions together.

don't ever waste food in front of senshi

so nice to know that senshi will only ever be angry if you waste food. i think being picky is not the problem, but the fact that izutsumi threw the mushrooms on the floor is what triggered senshi. he wasn't even reacting to izutsumi's eating manner at first. needless to say, senshi remained kind at the end. he was understanding of izutsumi's upbringing, taught the kid how to use the spoon, and even reheated the food. oh senshi, what a great food warrior.

Himmel, you always say quick goodbyes. You think that's strange? It doesn't seem like you. You're right. But I'm sure we'll run into each other again if we continue traveling. Tearful goodbyes aren't our style. After all, it would be embarrassing when we met again.

I was thinking of what to cook for tonight's dinner and the latest episode of Astro Note was kind enough to make a suggestion. At first I thought I heard wrong but yeah, those are Filipino dishes indeed.

Tortang talong is basically fried eggplant with egg, lechon kawali is a deep-fried pork belly and halo-halo is a cold dessert with milk and some fruits. I love it best if there's ube and leche flan.

Anyway, I was surprised to hear Sugita mentioning the actual Filipino food terms. And as for tonight's menu, I'm gonna go with tortang talong. To be more specific, I'm gonna deviate a little bit and make talong patty instead (which is a word play of the term "talumpati" which means speech in Filipino). ^^
