totally agree. i see soooo many comments on tiktoks about books being like ‘is there spice??’ or ‘is there smut??’ and it’s like omg. sooo many good books are being totally ignored or just not getting the attention they deserve just because the mc isn’t 2ft tall and has a 7ft demon daddy boyfriend. it makes me soooo fustrated and booktok worries me loool
