Cusomter service sucks ass. And not the pleasant ass eating. Working for corporate businesses that dont care about their employees hurts. And it happens everywhere and my job isn't even that bad. I feel bad for everyone in customer service, why isn't everyone compassionate instead of straight up assholes. Male, female, trans. Most customers are inconsiderate when it comes to treating the person in front of them with manners and respect. So for everyone that shows love and respect to everyone no matter what because they understand how shitty their position is I love you. I'm thankful for you helping make our days better. We are here for your convenience not as a walking matt. So thanks to everyone who is a decent person to cashiers or grocery store workers, or anyone else out there serving the public

The first one!

At my old job

  I think what bugs me most recent is when someone asked me for an Item.

Example:

Customer: Hi, Do you have this Item???

Me: No I am sorry we do not.

Customer: Really?

Me: (look of assurance) Nope!

Customer: You don’t have this?????

What the heck I work here I know what we sell. I’m in this store every day looking at every item touching them, selling them, and stocking them. I should know if we have it or not.  If you ask twice does it magically appear on a shelf and I will prance on over and get it and let you buy it? Why would I lie? when I want you to purchase something and make sales!!!! This drives me bonkers!!!!!

The other day, on Memorial Day, I delivered to some guy. Those assholes had me as the ONLY driver on a ridiculously busy day. It took me 2 hours to deliver to him (I felt bad but it wasn't my fault tbh) and I was told before i went that he was cussing at my phone girl. So I knew it would be bad. I went there and he was already bitching and I kept apologizing. Then he yells at me that he ordered the "big pizza" (our XL size) but the receipt was for a large. He continues to bitch at me while paying for his pizza and I give it to him. and nicely tell him to have a nice day, and he mumbles YEAH GET THE FUCK OUT OF HERE under his breath. Like...WOW. If he didnt already pay I would have told him I don't give a fuck if you eat, call another place cause im not giving you your pizza. I put in my resignation a bit ago and this further cemented why I hated this job. Pendejo.
