something sweet i realized when flipping through old journal entries: without meaning to, i've started ending off my journal entries with some variation of "i love you"
#it made me feel kinda warm even though its just me writing to well. myself#but i remember my first journal. i wasnt consistent at all#and all the entries were just rushed scribbling of how much i hated my life#and while its good i was venting my emotions its very healing in a way to see that turn into#at least semi consistent journaling (even filling up multiple journals) and being excited to journal at the end of a day#(or to get a pretty new one to use next)#and my handwritings even improved a little too.#and the angry emotional scrawling turning into 'well. its okay that i'm angry#but the world is wonderful and i will try again'#and to even be able to say 'I love you!' to myself without even realizing it.#god i love being alive. im so glad i decided to live#hi why am i being brought to tears over what was supposed to be a silly observation#shark speaks
