funniest recurring gag in ds9 has got to be the way they kill off a ferengi every time someone goes to the mirror universe
#ds9#genuinely hilarious#i don’t even necessarily like the episodes but this was a creative masterpiece#like. nog shows up in the 3rd mirror verse ds9 ep and by then you just know he’s dead because of the pattern#the emperor’s new cloak happened and my main thought was#at least they ran out of recurring ferengi to kill#then brunt showed up
