"Lady of the Riverlands Arya" is a new take to me, and certainly a step up from bodyguard or sailor, but seeing it coming attached with "Lady of Winterfell Sansa" somehow makes me doubt the sincerity of the people coming up with this endgame. I really wish people didn't view Winterfell as the ultimate "prize" so we could get endgame speculations that fit with the narrative and aren't just people assigning roles based on how important they think a character is.

Honestly, it's so saddening that, as of currently, Amphibia has shown little to no mention of certain plot points that fans had to desperately create their own versions just to be sane.

There have been... A LOT of versions. But interestingly, everyone have the same thoughts: either a mindscape scene with Marcy and The Core, Marcy saved by Sasha, emotional reunion between Anne and Sasha, the girls acknowledging/talking about what happened in 'True Colors', Dark Marcy being shown and having more voice lines, etc.

I think the reason why there's so many things not covered is because Amphibia is concentrating more on the endings for each amphibian that we have met before just so that Season 1 and 2 stuff can be "completed and out of the way". Everyone can argue that these could've been used for Season 3A, but they really want to put in the community aspect so it (unfortunately) have to be postponed and take up some episodes of 3B (which should've been the part of the series where things get more and more serious but alas).

That's why 'Commander Anne' showed the Wartwood villagers' progress (*ahem*Loggle*ahem*). That's why 'Sprivy' is an episode dedicated to Sprig and Ivy's relationship. That's why the focus of 'Sasha's Angels' is Toadie. That's why Lysil and Angwin are brought up again in 'Olm Town Road'. That's why Grime have his own episode next week because being Sasha's right-hand man in the Resistance is NOT his ending. That's why Tritonio is rumored to be back. We have yet to see any updates regarding Lady Olivia and General Yunan so maybe they're the creatures that Anne will rescue in 'Fight or Flight' and that episode could be their ending. That's why 'The Core and The King' will be all about King Andrias' past.

If I'm right with the above, then Dark Marcy will not be shown until the May episodes.

Am I disappointed?

At this point?

No.

'Commander Anne' had hit me with this painful realization that Amphibia can only tackle the serious stuff at the last few episodes. It's much like Season 1 with 'Reunion' or Season 2 with 'Battle of the Bands' + 'The Dinner' + 'True Colors'.

Well... at least this time it'll be 4 episodes!

Sigh... I fucking hope so.

I'm going insane.

Why is everybody's interpretations of the story so much better than what I'm seeing in canon? Why are the fans the ones that need to fill in these gaps in the story? Damn it all.

Open-ended stories are something I do not like because... I didn't invest my time and effort to get to know all of this just to... what, imagine my own version of what I want to happen? Come on. Fanfictions and art are people's interpretations, yes. But we all gotta have SOMETHING in the original story.

You can't just have Marcy get possessed and it's up to us to figure out what she has been up to in Newtopia Castle. You can't have Anne and Sasha have that fight in 'True Colors' (that almost got Sasha killed because Anne was too pissed off) and have us be contented that they reunited with... a hug and a smile? You can't just say that Anne can control her powers and suddenly she doesn't use it to her advantage once she comes back to Amphibia.

Sigh. I... I don't know anymore.

Despite everything I said, I'm being patient about this, don't worry. The story is still unfinished, after all. There's still a lot left.

I'm just wishing it'll get... at least, managable.
