Fran's been weird lately. With everything going on lately I really hope I'm just being paranoid..

[Open Gala Starter]

Sam adjusts his tie as he walks to the Gala, making sure not to jostle the small machine resting on his back.

He didn't really plan to bring Sam Nook, but, well.. He figured that it would maybe lessen the hate thrown at him if he brought a thing that wouldn't be able to process the negativity.

Sam walks inside, eyes flicking over all the other visitors from under his goggles. They may have agreed to keep off his armor (though it all still stored in his inventory, just in case), instead sporting a green vest with golden details and simple black pants, but he didn't truly want to show his face in a literal sense just yet.

Sam goes to the table with the punch bowl, pouring himself a cup and sliding Sam Nook off. They push him with a paw and nods towards the crowd of people.

"Go socialize, or something. Whatever you want to do. You're off duty."

He sits and waits for conversation and dances to start up, sipping at his punch with swiveling ears.

Actually do- does anyone have any, any food requests? Just to see how I could, diversify.

I was always raised to know that a good home is one where the kitchen smells lived in. It's only really me and Fran living here, but I like to think we make a pretty good family.

Y'know, I've been. Thinking about making food for people again recently. Maybe I should get back into handing out pies for people, it'd be- it'd be nice.

Okay. Okay, I- I think I have a plan. It's, Fran would be too risky but, I could- I could tame another dog, maybe. His scent should still be fresh, right?

I guess if there's one benefit to having to isolate from everyone it's being able to focus on projects more..
