[ooc: i guess i just never really mentioned this but.. i, the mun, am a minor? i figured i may as well mention it but im 16 years old and just not really about to rp anything adult like drinking or suggestive themes. not only would it make me uncomfortable anyways, but im also a minor, and i generally do my best to abide by cc boundaries and i dont think sam himself would be comfortable. so.. yeah. dont be weird? and know that im an adult and to keep this blog to like. pg-13 lol]

[figured the proper thing to do would be to make a post, but im back in the rp scene baby. im still gojng to be mostly semi-active, but ill do my best to respond to asks and whatever threads happen to start. i do have school and homework to do etc etc but now that ive gotten into the rhythm of this semester i should be able to handle doing rp as well again. the current state of ggm iss, well. i think im just going to go back to being canon compliant, though ill still interact with canon divergent blogs. i trust cc!sam lol. and also reminder that this means blogs like @presidentubbo and @samnuki are open again too!]

Sam gives a tired, if genuine, smile.

"I am, I am."

He steps inside his house, letting Boomer into the cozy, but overgrown space. He never got around to getting rid of Ponk's prank. He shifts some of the leaves around, and his ears go down, body stilling.

"..Thank you, for coming, Boomer. I appreciate it."

Knock, knock, knock!

"Saaaaaam! I'm here, homie!"

Boomer called out to their friend, standing on Sam's doorstep. He held a few plastic bags, which contains goodies-galore: Sweets, games, discs filled with music, etc. Boomer, wearing his usual attire, including their magic frog hat, of course, bounced on its heels. Their nerves buzzed, feeling an odd sense of worry for it's pal.

Sam opens the door, and..

Well. He looks miserable. His face is gashed, a guaze pad is over his eye, his fur mussed up and hair tangled and, generally, Sam simply doesn't look too hot. They look down at Boomer and all the goods brought along, and manage to offer a weak, if genuine smile. It doesn't look like he's given one in a while.

"Hey, Boomer. Thanks for.. for coming along."

Sam flinches a little, before remembering Boomer doesn't have anything against him. He manages a weak smile back.

"Horrible. But it's nothing I can't handle."
