Oh, how fitting that in Season One Cleon XIII listed off all of the individuals that had touched Azura's life and who would remember her after she was gone, 1551 people, and then with one flick of his hand snuffed their lives out

and in Season Two Sareth lists off her assassinated family, cementing them as people and not figures, naming the ones she loved, and then when Cleon XVII pats her hand in a trite gesture of comfort, she hits him point blank with the fact she knows he ordered them killed

and both scenes take place in the same garden.

Cleon I - The first guy!

Cleon II - Set up Anacreon and Thespis up against each other by framing the Thespin king as murdering his Anacreon bride

Cleon III through Cleon X - unmentioned

Cleon XI - Brother Dusk at the time of the Foundation being established, worked on the mural of souls a lot

Cleon XII - Brother Day at the time of the Foundation being established, personally exiled Hari Seldon to Terminus, is aware of Cleon XIV's colorblindness and paints six ghillie raptors into the mural of souls

Cleon XIII - Brother Dawn at the time of the Foundation being established, walked the Spiral and claimed to have a vision instead of admit that he doesn't have a soul

Cleon XIV - The first to learn that something's wrong with the genetic dynasty when he realizes he's colorblind thanks to Azura Odili, kills six ghillie raptors instead of three, and is later killed by Lady Demerzel

Cleon XV - unmentioned

Cleon XVI - Discovers memory discrepancies in the Genetic Dynasty as Brother Dusk with Cleon XVIII. Later dies with his former lover Rue Corinthia in Lady Demerzel's old holding cell

Cleon XVII - The first Cleon to be married, and marries Sareth in a political marriage. Blows up Terminus, and dies after being castled by Bel Riose in a fight

Cleon XVIII - He discovers memory discrepancies with Brother Dusk, gets to know Sareth much better than Cleon XVII, and they fall in love and have a child before escaping into space. Shortly after this, Lady Demerzel decants all new exponents of him, Brother Day, and Brother Dusk
