Na luta contra os pernilongos
 A Associação Ecoville realiza continuamente o trabalho focado no controle dos pernilongos em nosso Loteamento, promovendo a aplicação de larvicidas e adulticidas em todo o nosso perímetro.  Entretanto, para que este trabalho seja efetivo, é fundamental contar com a colaboração dos moradores, que são responsáveis por ações específicas relacionadas diretamente com as suas residências.
É essencial, por exemplo, que seja efetuada com regularidade a limpeza de calhas e caixas d’água e que seja feita a vedação dos armazenamentos de água, como caixas d’água e cisternas.
A importância destas ações foi destacada pela própria Eco System, empresa fornecedora dos produtos adotados em Ecoville para este trabalho de controle de pernilongos. A recomendação foi formalizada em 5 de março último, quando o representante da empresa, Marcos Ferreira, teve a oportunidade de passar a manhã percorrendo nossas instalações, uma vez que estava ministrando o curso de reciclagem em campo para os colaboradores José Felix e Renato Oliveira, que formam a dupla responsável pelo controle dos pernilongos em Ecoville. O treinamento foi acompanhado também pela bióloga Juliana Summa.
