I know Summer probably seems like a distant dream, but in terms of fashion, spring/summer 19 has been and gone and next winters collections are the talk of the day! So rather than be behind the times, I like to look at the summer collections and think about how I can wear the trends now. Trends go round and round and get repeated so often that it's more than likely you have something lurking in your wardrobe that can be reimagined for another season. For example beige is huge for Spring, seen at Dior, Maxmara, Tom Ford and many more. Look for an oversized silhouette and go head to toe beige but remember to go for a darker shade if you're pale as otherwise it can wash you out! The 70s trend is back in a big way and crochet, macrame and fringing was all seen on the catwalks from Chloe, Loewe and Caroline Herrera with Longchamp doing the suede fringed jackets of my dreams! So dig in your wardrobes, hunt out your 90s bleached denim jacket and lacy slip dresses.
