And for those who want to savour all its varied flavours at one place, there is the special Rajasthani thali - a delicious assortment of all its diverse dishes. Every item on the thali reflects the climate and culture of the distinct region of this state, making it a must-have when visiting Rajasthan.

1.  Gatte Ki Sabzi
