Everything was quiet, only the wind whistling through the air. The little boy sat, leaning against the tree. Kacchan came into the view and Izuku swallowed, already knowing what was going to happen. Kirishima had left a week or two ago and things had gotten worse. After Kacchan came Y/n and the other goons into view. Y/n were next to Kacchan, laughing with him about something. As the two got closer to Izuku, things got quiet.

"Deku... What are you doing here huh?" Kacchan said while crossing his arms, Y/n silently copying him.

"N-nothing, Kacchan... please.. just leave me alone" Izuku said with pleading eyes, his voice shaking.

"Haah? You telling me to do something?" he smirked, already ready too 'punish' him.

"Deku.. aren't you going to say something? Or you too much of a puchover? Stand up for yourself!" Y/n insisted, urging him to stand up, both literally and figurative. Kacchan only smirked more, cracking his knuckles. This is why they worked so well together. Kacchan would threaten him, while Y/n would trick him to make Kacchan happy. Izuku always listened to what Y/n said, they always sounded so nice. And with Kacchan next to them, it was hard to ignore them. He then stood up, slightly shaking.

"Kacchan... I'm sorry.." he already apologized, putting his hands up to protect his face.

"I don't think that's enough, you need to learn a lesson.." Kacchan moved forward, and then pushed Izuku to the ground. Tears started to run down Izukus face. His whimpers and Y/n and the others laugh was the only thing he heard. Until it became quiet.

"Katsu stop.. that's enough" Y/n dragged Kacchan away from Izuku, and held his hand. Kacchan only stared at them, before muttering a fine. He and the rest left, only Y/n stood in front of Izuku. From his point of view, they looked like an angel. His blurry eyes only being able to see them shining like the sun.

"I-I'm sorry Izuku... You don't deserve that, I'll make sure he stops" Y/n then turned to leave when Izuku stopped them.

"Wait! Thank you! I-I... " he paused, what was he going to do? Well Izuku didn't have much time to think about that. Y/n had taken his hand and pulled him up.

"Don't say thank you, you deserve better, again I'm sorry" Y/n looked down at the ground in shame. They then kissed his cheek, and ran after Kacchan. Kacchan... why did he always get the best? It wasn't fair... not at all... Izuku deserved some of the best.. especially Y/n.. they were the best, are the best.

The horn blew through the whole village. Waking anyone who wasn't already awake. The horns purpose was to signal when the mating season had started. Everyone now knew that the festival would start in about an hour, they would then blow the horn again. Each mating season started with a party, it was a chance to relax and to have fun. The season could be very stressful, and filled with excitement, sexual excitement. Right after the mating season came the actually mating part. The mating season included competitions with the alphas, although it wasn't the typical alpha and omega thing. A few betas would join too but omegas never joined. Alphas is just what the tribe described the warriors as. They also hunted the most, and protected the tribe from outside dangers. Betas was the 'fixers' of the village, they were more neutral and mostly fixed everyones problems. They also harvested berries and simpler things. The omegas, was the babysitters, the moms of the tribe. But just because of the titles, doesn't mean they controlled anyone. Everyone chose what they wanted to be.

You woke up, early as always, ready for the day to begin when you heard the horn. You had completely forgotten about the mating season. The only think you thought of was that the alphas was back. They had been on, one of the longest hunt, and the mating season had been pushed back. Almost all of the betas had also been with them. Running down to the centre of the village, you spotted the alphas back. Being the same age as them, you all played together as children, meaning you were friends with them. The first alpha you spotted was Mina, throwing yourself at her, you nearly toppled both of you to the ground.

"Y/n! I've missed you! How have you been?" Mina hugged you as she asked her questions. She held your hands while looking around. "Are you excited for the mating season?" she wiggled her eyebrows.

"I don't know... maybe?" you carefully asked, watching her reaction.

Before she could respond, strong arms hugged you from behind. You burst out in laughter, already knowing who it was.

"Eijirooo! Stop! You'er crushing me!" Turning around, you met Kirishimas eyes. You both smiled and laughed, missing each other. After all, you both were best friends while being kids. After talking for a few minutes, you both moved on to other business. Him having to help move the big load of deer and bear, you wanting to meet the others.

As you went on to search for the others, you saw him. Bakugou Katsuki stood out like a sore thumb, talking to a few of the more 'important' people. He stood and gloated, a pridefull smirk plastered on his face. Accepting and not thanking anyone for the compliments he got. When he turned around, you noticed he was hurt, his arm looked to be broken. It hung around his neck with the help of a cloth. When you looked up, you realized he was staring at you and had caught you staring at him. You slightly blushed and he only smirked. You walked forward, and only glanced at his eyes now and then. It was strange between you two, you played together while being children. There was also a period of time, you both were really close, but then he stopped being with you. You never knew why, but you stopped questioning it a while ago.

Finally you stood in front of him, you looked up and softly smiled at him. He had a little smirk but otherwise looked disinterested. He was a few inches taller than you, he had a thick fur covering his shoulder. But otherwise he wore nothing else then pants, he also had a necklace with teeth hanging on it. A few more teeth decorated it than last time.

"So... Hi Bakugou" for some reason, he was the only one out of your friends you called by their last name. Did he even consider you as his friend? "I heard the hunt went well.. and.. how are you?" you softly chuckled. He only stared down at you, he finally opened his mouth to say something when-

He simply closed his mouth and looked at the little scene to the right, well his left, your right. At the scene stood the tribe leader, Bakugou Mitsuki. She waited for everyone to be silent and then cleared her throat.

"Everyone! We'er finally back from the hunt! We now have food for the rest of the year! Now I know the mating season has been pushed back... but it has finally begun! Let us start the festival!"

Mitsukis voice boomed over the crowd, as she finished her short speech, the crowd let out a roar of excitement. After that music had started and people broke out dancing. You glanced at Bakugou again and blushed. He simply stared at you, his eyes staring into your own. He was a lot closer than you remembered, and you could smell him. He smelled like, a fire camp and of blood. Surprisingly it doesn't disgust you, it was kinda comforting. Bakugou opened his mouth to speak when Denki and Kyoto wandered over to you two.

"Yoo! Y/n! How's it going?" Denki laughed and smiled, his arm dangled over Kyotos shoulders. She blushed slightly and smiled at you.

"You guys look happy... why?" you smiled smugly at her, waiting for the answer. But you already knew the answer. The couple had pinned after each other the whole year, so it was no suprise.

"Well.. you see-" Kyoto started.

"I'm going to compete for Kyoto!" Denki happily slurred, pulling Kyoto to him and giving her a light kiss on her cheek. Kyoto burst out blushing, yelling at Denki, hitting his shoulder while he hugged her.

"I'm so happy for you guys!" You laughed and hugged them both. You didn't notice Bakugous sour expression when you hugged Denki. Looking at them, you noticed that Kyoto was a blushing mess, and Denki was a drunk mess, except he hadn't drank anything.

The music was so loud it felt like it was beating inside you. It and other people laughs was the only thing anyone heard. You were dancing with Mina, of course. But around you was everyone, Eijiro, Denki and Kyoto. But also less familiar people, Midoryia, Uraraka, and a lot more. Everyone was there, partying. As you looked around, you noticed a pair of green eyes looking straight at you. But the eyes blended too much in with the crowd and you lost them. When you looked at Mina again, you noticed she was with Eijiro. Sightly grinding on him, they both looked a bit too exited. Deciding to dance with someone else, you moved around. Kyoto and Denki? Nope, they also were grinding on each other. Hanta was no where to be found, who else was there? Bakugou...? No, he also was no where to be found. You then stumbled on someones feet, maybe even your own. And someone had caught you, saving you from laying on the ground with feet on you. But when you looked up, you were a bit surprised.

It was Midoryia who had caught you. He smiled and chuckled a bit nervously. His rough hands were on your exposed upper arms. When you could finally stand on your own, his hands lingered a bit then he removed them from you. His fluffy hair had been braided down, and it looked pretty good.

"Heey Midoryia! I'm sorry, but thank you for catching me!" you smiled and laughed a bit. Midoriya and you weren't close but had nothing against each other either. He blushed slightly but it could have been because it was so damn hot around all these people.

"No no! No worries, I mean I am worried about you because you could have fallen but you didn't so I'm not worried its just great that you are ok and not hurtand-" you put your hand on his upper arm, silencing him. He often would start rambling on and on if no one stopped him. He slightly blushed more and smiled.

"Thank you, Midoryia" you finished, and was ready to move on, to find someone else to dance with. But he then grabbed your hand, and held on.

"Why do you call me Midoryia?" he asked with slightly pleading eyes, like he had wondered that a long time. It kinda baffled you, he wanted to be called Deku?

"Oh um... do you want me to call you.. Deku?" you kinda uncomfortable baked away, but still pretty close considering he still held your hand.

"I mean everyone calls me that so rather that than Midoryia... or even Izuku..? I mean you call everyone their first name so I didn't think it would be weird!" he laughed before rubbing his thumb in circles on the back of your hand. It was a bit too much...

"Oh umm.. well I ge-"

"Oi Deku!" Bakugous voice interrupted you, and you could not be more grateful about it. Deku pulled his hand away and turned to Bakugou.

"What is it?" he impatiently asked, a bit upset.

"The old hag wanted to see you, something about the hunt or some shit" Bakugou glared down at him, putting his hand on his hip.

"Oh well then" he turned to you and smiled "I will see you later!" when he then left, you relaxed more and let out a breath. Bakugou smirked and let a little snort.

"He freak you out that much?" he snickered, when you turned to glare at him, it shocked you how close he was.

"No.. I just got some weird vibes from him that's all... kinda normal at this point" you grumbled, Bakugou looked at you. After a whole minute, he started to laugh. Or well if you didn't know him you wouldn't know he was laughing. You would think he... was chocking on something and that he was an old man. But it was still pretty cute.

"Yeah no.. he only gets so when he likes someone, and it's only gonna get worse" he snickered after taking multiple deep breathes.

"What?!" you barked, he had to be lying. Midoryia couldn't like you, you were so different.

"Yeaah... he has since we were kids too" he nonchalant said while looking at Uraraka in the crowd. He had been doing that a lot actually. Maybe he liked her, they would be pretty cute together. You cringed, no they wouldn't.

"Wait... he has liked me since we were kids? How is that possible... I wasn't that.. nice to him." you carefully said, choosing your words carefully. But it was true, you weren't exactly nice to him.

When you were younger, you hanged out a lot with Eijiro. Who hanged out with Bakugou, which meant you hanged out with him. Eijiro was the only thing that stopped him from bullying Midoryia too much. But then he went away a summer, and things got much worse. But you and Bakugou got much closer during that summer too. And being around Bakugou too much could affect you a lot. You ended up, kinda, maybe, also bullying Midoryia. But not as harsh as Bakugou, thank god. There was one time where you defended him against Bakugou. He had pushed Midoryia to the ground, calling him useless. But then he backed off when you told him, and you helped Midoryia up. Apologizing too.

"He's weird, what do you expect? And I think he gets off when you'er mean to him." he snickered, and slightly nudged your shoulder with his own.

"What am I supposed to do?" you looked at him with pleading eyes. You also stood exactly in front of him, only a few inches between you.

"Tch... How am I supposed to know?" he backed away, and looked to the side. "I can talk to him.." he smirked, and now you backed away.

"Maybe not..? I don't really trust you two together" you swallowed nervously. "Not after last time.." you muttered.

"Fine tch... maybe Deku will compete for you" he glared at you, waiting for your reaction. When you slightly cringed, he smiled but then looked neutral.

"No no no... maybe Eijiro can talk to him" you glanced at him "he's nicer, no offence" you smiled. He scoffed and looked away.

"None taken.. fine have Deku trying to kiss you" with that he left, stomping away. Leaving you there, shocked and confused. But shaking it off, you decided to find Eijiro.

The wind blew through the trees and the bushes, the grass and the leaves. The sound from the festival could be heard from the outskirt of the village. While everyone was at the festival and partying, you, Eijiro and Mina was sitting a few tents away.

Eijiro and Mina sat on two chairs, their backs turned towards each other. They both grumbled as children, as if they fought over candy or toys. They often fought about small things but made up right after. This time, no one would budge, which lead to you having to help them. Mina had dragged you away, right after you had gotten the news about Denki and Kyoto. Now instead of partying like the rest, you were stuck babysitting. They both grumbled and muttered.

"Now.. why are you guys fighting again?" as soon as you said that. Mina and Eijiro burst out in yelling, mostly Mina, and gesturing, mostly Eijiro.

"Alright! Mina please start" You gestured to Mina, and they both calmed down.

"Alright, I'm mad at this dumbass because he wants to compete in the competitions but It's my time to do it! He did it last year!" Mina huffed while turning towards you, glancing at Eijiro time to time. Last year, Eijiro had competed and Mina and him had fallen in love, they have been together since then. The reason for competing this year was mostly tradition and to prove your love to the other.

"Good, now Ei-"

"SHITTY HAIR! Where are you?" Bakugous booming voice could be heard from a distance. He walked closer to the group, he then spotted Eijiro. "There you are, what the fuck are you doing here? The sign up is soon closing" Bakugou sighed while looking around, first Mina then you. His eyes softened and hardened when turning his gaze to Eijiro.

"SOMEONE refuses to let me..." Eijiro glanced at at Mina before looking at Bakugou again.

"What are you fighting about this time?" Bakugou dragged one hand across his face, the other still hanged around his neck.

"They'er fighting about who's competing this year" you said and looked at him. "You may be able to help" you waited for his answer, he just looked at the ground in front of you.

"Fine, what am I supposed to do?" He glanced quickly at your face before looking down again.

"Just help me figure out why they both want to compete" you softly said.

"Shitty hair, why the fuck can't racoon eyes compete? Why do you have to?" Bakugou nudged Eijiros foot with his own.

"Because... I have too!" He got up and walked to Mina. Eijiro cupped her small face with both his hands. He swiped his thumb over her cheek. "I need to prove to you that I'm worthy for your love... like last year.." he almost whispered to her. Mina only smiled and grabbed his collar. She pulled him down and kissed him. It would have been cute if it was a quick and innocent, but it wasn't. It quickly turned it a heated make out session. Heavy breathing and soft moans was the only thing heard. Bakugou glanced down at you, you simply blushed while staring down at the ground. You then glanced up and made eye contact with him. You both blushed even more and the sky never looked more interesting to him. Bakugou finally cleared his throat. But it didn't help, at all, almost like they were deaf.

"Alright enough shitty hair!" he yelled suddenly, he still blushed though.

They then pulled away from each other, they both blushed and breathed heavy. Eijiro chuckled slightly before kissing Mina on the forehead.

"Baby.. why wont you let me compete for you?" Eijiro said with a sweet voice, giving Mina soft kisses all over her face.

"Because! Last year.. you showed me how much you love me.. I just want to do the same" Mina dryly chuckled before staring into Eijiros eyes. "Please baby... let me show you how much I love you.." Mina finally said, and after giving Eijiro her puppy dog face, he finally agreed.

"Fine... you can compete but.. I know how much you love me.." He said and ended the conversation with a kiss. Again, it was a pretty heated one.

"Hey! Stop it! You need to sign up at least!" Bakugou interrupted them with his yelling. He still blushed, even after just looking into the ground. After that, the couple burst out in laughter, and ran away to sign up. Now it was just you and Bakugou left.

"Shall we head back?" you simply asked him, smiling softly. Instead of answering, he just nodded. And the pair walked back together, it was quiet, too quiet.

"Sooo... are you competing this season?" you asked and waited for his answer. He slightly smirked.

"I am... but she doesn't even know I'm competing for her, so.. it's kinda funny, don't you think?" he glanced at her, a more careful look on his face.

"I guess.. are you hoping she falls in love with you trough the competition?"

"Yea.. I just don't know how to talk to her.."

"Aw.. well.. that's okay.. I can help you!"

"what..?"

"I can help you! It will be great!"

"Well I guess you can do that.."

"Oh by the way.. what happened with your arm? Will you even be able to compete?"

"It got injured because I, alone, took down a whole family of bears! One of them attacked us while we hunted, so we returned the favor. Thanks to that, we have more fur which will be great for winter. One of them motherfucker sneak attacked me so they slightly grazed my arm. And for you second question, I will compete because I'm the strongest and no one can stop me! My arm will be fine because I'm the best here!" Bakugou finished his little speech, and smirked, proud that he got to show off. You laughed and knocked a bit into Bakugou, your shoulders touching. He softly smiled at you, the warm feeling bubbling up again. You then snorted, like a pig while laughing, which in turn made you laugh more. Bakugou simply stared at you while softly laughing. God you were such a nerd.

As you wondered the crowd, looking for a certain red head. You got pulled aside. Leaving the crowd a few meters behind yourself. Looking for who it was, you calmed down when seeing it was Mina.

"Oh Mina great, I need to find Eij-"

"We need to go to the medical tent!" She hurried, she continued to drag you away.

"Woah why? Why now?" you barely was able to keep up with Minas pace. She then stopped for a moment, and leaned in.

"I-I think.. I'm pregnant.." she whispered in your ear, she watched for your reaction.

"T-that's great! Maybe a bit early but still great!" you tried to hype her up. It was the truth, it was great but maybe a tad early. She and Eijiro had only been together a year and they were still very much.. um.. party people.

"I don't know if it is great..." she let out a stressed sigh, pulling a bit at her hair.

"Ok well that's fine, it's not 100% that you'er pregnant so calm down" you stroked her back, whispering calming nonsense. "There are things for it if... you don't want to keep it.." you stroked her hair, it wasn't normal to abort yet so the thought of it was disturbing. But anything for your best friend. "Come on, let's get going" you led her to the medical tent, it was a bit to walk. Which in this case was good, the party wouldn't be heard from the medical tent.

Now standing there, you were trying to calm Mina down. You had mixed the drink that would been step one of the pregnancy test. The second would have been too pee, if she was pregnant, the pee would turn green or slightly blue. Now you would have to convince her to drink it.

"Mina... calm down.. you just need to drink this and then you don't have to do anything." you stroked her arm up and down. You weren't really good at calming down people. But no one would be able to calm her down.

"I can't what, if I'm pregnant... What will I do? Maybe I should just.. you know.." she pulled at her fingers. A nervous and stressed habit she had done since being a child.

"You know you can't.. it can hurt you if you'er not pregnant.." you kissed her forehead "I know it's hard but you have to.." you stroked her arms, up and down while hugging her. You knew this was hard for her, but she had to do it. You pulled up the cup up to her mouth. "Drink it... please, for me baby" she nodded and you tipped the cup in her mouth. She cringed and swallowed, she shook her head and gulped. "Now.. you'er not aloud to drink or eat anything else until you pee.." you slightly chuckled, and she smiled at you. You continued to converse with her, about old memories and about Kirishima.

Someone cleared their throat in the exit of the tent. You both whipped your heads to the person and you blushed. There stood Midoryia and he smiled at you... great. He had let out his hair and stood leaned against the door frame, with his arms crossed.

"Hey, there you are... I've been looking for you" he said, and you couldn't register how he meant that. He then shifted, for the first time since he came into the tent, to Mina. "Could I get a minute alone with her?" Mina nodded and went to stand up and shot a tight smile at you. When she walked by Midoryia, she muttered a quiet 'not even a hello for me huh?'. Midoryia ignored her and walked towards you, you sat down and he towered over you.

"Heey... Midoryia.. how are you?" you chuckled nervously, when you said his name, he frowned.

"I'm good.. but why are you calling me Midoryia.. why not Izuku?" he tilted his head.

"Well.. I um.. I don't know..? he he.." you pushed the chair back, but not enough because the wall caged you in. You thought about just wheeling through the wall.

"Do you mind if I ask you a question?" he walked closer and leaned down a bit.

""Oh um.. no, shoot away.."

"Do you like me?" now you tilted your head, confusion written all over your face. "Do you like Kacchan more than me?" now you slightly blushed, what did he mean?

"What do you m-mean?" you stood up and slid out from being wedged between him and the wall. You walked backwards, towards the exit.

"I mean.. if I competed for you and Bakugou did the same.. who would you choose?" what kind of question was that?! Was he planning to compete for you? Bakugou was right... he would do that. And he's asking me to choose between them? As you stopped, he walked to you. He caressed your cheek and shudders ran up your back.

"Deku.. I can't choose between you two..." you stepped put of his hold, backing away. Now shudders ran up his back. The way you said his name, with some kind of disgust. Damn, Bakugou was right about a lot of things, deku probably got off thinking about you being mean towards him. When suddenly you hit the wall, or what you thought was the wall. A grunt behind you could be heard and suddenly a arm was around you. Hugging you, and you recognized that arm, Bakugou..

"She don't have to choose dumbass, she's mine" Bakugou growled, hugging you thighter. You blushed, of course, and seeing deku only made you smile. He looked heartbroken and mad, and for some reason that made you happy.

"T-that's not true... " deku glanced down at you, you suddenly almost ran to you. "Please Y/n don't tell me it's true.." he pleaded, you felt guilt for a second but it disappeared just as quick.

"It's true Midoryia, Ba- Katsuki and I are.. dating.." you smiled and held Bakugous arm. You swear you felt him tensing and relaxing. Midoryia seemed sceptical, he eyed you and Bakugou up and down.

"I don't believe you, not you, Bakugou at least.."

"The fuck? Nobody cares if you believe us or not, nerd"

"Does anyone know?"

"No.. we wanted to keep it secret, you know, more fun that way" you winked at him and hugged Bakugou tighter.

"Then I'll compete for you and I'll tell everyone Mina is having and abortion after sleeping with Bakugou here" Midoryia told the pair of his plans confidently.

"What the fuck? I'll beat you the fuck up, you little bitch" Bakugou walked towards him, leaving you behind.

"Do that, it works better for me anyway" Midoryia smirked, not backing down.

"Midoryia, what the fuck? You seriously can't even think about doing that?!" you shouted out, furious at the 'innocent boy' who was fucked up.

"I will and can... give me an chance, Y/n" Midoryia pleaded, his puppy eyes could trick anyone.

"I can't! I have a boyfriend that's right in front of you who will kill you and you'er seriously fucked up!"

"Then.. I'll do it.."

Only the sound of the rain and the thunder was the only thing anyone heard. It was one of the few days where it rained and usually would be celebrated. Living in the desert like place, only heat and blinding sun was regular. A rainy day was like a blue moon, and everyone, celebrated it. The kids would play in it, the young adults would party in it, the elders would simply stand in it and converse with one another. Music and laughter would be the only thing anyone heard. This day was the opposite however, and the reason for it? More than half of the village was gone, they were on a hunting trip that should only lasted for a few weeks. It had been a few months now, and everyone was beginning to lose their hope of the hunting group returning. The only ones left were, children and elders and a few adults that had stayed for different reasons.

You were one of the adults that stayed, your reason was that you fell sick right before leaving. It was then decided that it was too dangerous for you to leave the village. It took all of your friends to convince you to stay. And let's say you were furious that you had stayed, especially now that the group were now gone. But you were not the only one who's heart were filled with rage and sorrow.

The warriors and the dragons had left to hunt the orcs who had dangerously been inching in close to the village. The whole village thought that if they could get rid of the orcs now. All would be safer, and the orcs didn't have the recourses to go to war now, so why wait until the orcs can?

You sat on the floor at the opening of the tent. Watching the puddle, you thought about how hot it still was when it was raining. You thought about your friends, and what you would be doing if they were here. You probably would be dancing and partying in the rain. And nobody would be able to hear the siren over the music, unlike right now when it was going off. The siren that only was used to important things, to signal when a new season started or when someone returned home-

When someone was returning home after war or after a long time...

You looked up, towards the mountains and right there, in the middle of the mountains. A group of people were walking towards the village. They were too far away to be able to see who they were, but everyone knew. It was them.. Getting up, you started to run towards to the group of people, standing and watching them. You pushed your way to the front and your vision started to blur from tears. Even though it was still raining, even though it was still dark from all the clouds. It felt like the sun was shining, like the rain now was a sweet reminder of the parties that usually held place here.

The group were closer now, and you could clearly see how hurt they all were. The few dragons by the humans was transformed to their human shapes. Almost everyone were limping, and helping each. other to walk. Finally you could not hold yourself back and you broke out of the crowd. A few kids following you, you made you way to the group. The first person you saw were Mina, your long time best friend. And by her side were Eijiro, one of his wings were bandaged.

"Mina! Eijiro!" you screamed out as you neared them. You stopped a step from them and you went to hug them when you realized that that wouldn't be the best.

"Are you guys ok..? Is it ok if I hug you or..?" you fidgeted around, only you three stood there, everyone walking around you.

Mina chuckled and leaned forward, hugging you. You hugged back, squeezing her hard until she slightly winced. It felt like you hugged each other for hours, rambling about different things. Like how much you missed each other.

"Hey.. when is it my turn for a hug?" Eijiro whined behind Mina, crossing his arms and playfully pouted.

"Now's your turn" you let go of Mina and turned to him. "Come here big guy" you squeezed him just like Mina. You two also stood forever and rambled about things. Just like when you were younger, he always felt like home. You also would stand there forever if Mina hadn't interrupted the two of you.

"The Bakugous is about to start their speech, let's get over there, then can you two continue your hugging party." she nodded towards the scene where Mitsuki Bakugou, the village leader, or queen, was about to start her speech. Walking towards her, you blended into the crowd already there. Mitsuki Bakugou stood in the middle of the scene, her husband, Masaru Bakugou stood slightly behind her, a supporting hand on her shoulder. On her other side stood Katsuki Bakugou with his usual scowl on his face. Mitsuki exchanged a few words with Masaru before turning her attention forward.

"Everyone... We'er finally back from the hunting trip that were only supposed to last a few weeks. It was hard but I'm glad to tell you the exiting news. When we arrived to the last sighting of orcs, we saw that there were a few who had made camp there. We fought them off our land and got information on where the main camp was. When we arrived, we were shocked to say the at least. There were a lot more than we thought there were going to be. We had to make camp and discuss our new battle plans. But then we were ready, and we fought. And... even though it was a big possibility that we would lose a few soldiers... WE LOST NONE!" a big cheer broke out and people started to almost party right there and then. Mitsuki with only her hand silenced and calmed down the crowd. "We fought bravely, many of us were hurt and are going to be treated shortly after this speech. We have now gotten rid of the orcs that harmed and threatened our land. And luckily... the mating season has not started yet. It will begin in a 2 short weeks along with spring. I feel like this year is extra special, and we will treat it like it. Now just a few words from my husband and from my soon then you can continue to reunite with your close and loved ones" she finished her speech and stepped to the side. Her husband and her switching their places. He cleared his throat and started with his speech.

"Even though my wife has said almost everything there is to say, I have a few words. I want to say thank you, for every brave soul that followed us to fight the evil. It is only with their help that we could defeat the enemy without losing one of our own. And for anyone wondering... the harvest has been good this year. And along with the animals we hunted on our way back. We have more than enough food to relax without the need to hunt. We will celebrate the beginning of spring with a feast so big it will last for days!" he laughed and the crowd cheered again. The thought of being able to properly relax and the thought of food, making everyone happy. Mitsuki then pushed her son, Katsuki, to the front. It was then you noticed his arm were wrapped and hung around his neck. It was clearly broken, you looked around and noticed a lot of people had broken something. But thankfully Mina or Eijiro hadn't broken anything. Eijiro was only bleeding from his wing but otherwise was okay.

"I would like to say... It was brave of everyone to follow on this trip, to risk their life for each other. And now we can celebrate it" his words were short and you could hear how he didn't mean any of that. Or maybe he did but was too tired to say it. Everyone clapped and Mitsuki clapped Katsukis shoulder. She whispered something to him and he scowled. The Bakugou family left the stage and almost the whole crowd turned to the direction of the medical tent. You walked with Mina, Eijiro had left to find Katsuki Bakugou, his dear friend.

"So Mina, are you excited about the mating season?" you asked her, as you walked together.

"Ah... I don't know actually... I mean Eijiro competed for me last year and well, I don't know if he's going to do it again" she answered, she stared ahead at nothing. You got a brilliant idea, almost like a lightbulb went off in your head.

"Why don't you compete for him? I mean it's tradition that couples compete every year and imagine how happy he would be!" your eyes shined as you awaited for her answer.

"Omg... Y/n I love you!" she grabbed your shoulders and shook you back and fort before hugging you. "And it can be a surprise too!" you laughed along with her.

"I'm really happy for you, you know? I don't think your or Eijiro could fins a better match" you smiled warmly while Mina gave you a cute pout.

"That's so sweet... I have to do something for you now!" she gasped and pulled you with her. "What if... I help you find someone to compete for you or someone for you to compete for?!"

"Ah... Mina, there isn't really anyone I'm interested in.." you sighed, you never really thought about dating or anything like that. But it wasn't the first time someone told you to get a date.

"I know I know... but if there's someone who would be a great match for you? It would be Bakugou!" she almost yelled out, which resulted in you covering her mouth with your hand.

"Shush! You can't just yell that!" you shushed her, she only giggled in response. "And.. Bakugou..?" you slightly blushed.

"Yes yes! I was with him a lot during this trip and you'er perfect for each other!"

"But I don't really know him? Like at all?" that was a lie, you did know Bakugou. Or at least you knew him when you were younger. You and Bakugou were thick as thieves when you were children.

It was only after he started to really bully Midoryia that you had told him to stop. Before that you would also tease Midoryia, call him Deku and laugh along with Bakugou. When you became 5 you got close with Midoryia, and started to be his friend too. And at the same time Bakugou only bothered Midroyia more. You would try to protect Midoryia but would always run after Bakugou, laughing and playing with him. Until you stayed, and told Bakugou to stop. It was the first time you were deadly serious and Bakugou only let out a tch before leaving. After that day Bakugou started to ignore you, and would bully Midoryia as much as you could.

But now, you had grown up and you pretended that you didn't know Bakugou. Like you never talked to him at all. A lot of the elders knew of your friendship, but never discussed it. The people your age didn't know, mostly because they weren't there when you were younger. It was like your friendship with Bakugou was in an another life time.

When you and Mina arrived at the tent, you saw a long line of people waiting. You let out a sigh and turned to her. You scanned her up and down and tilted your head. She wasn't really hurt, only scrapes and dirt on her skin. She didn't limp or act like anything hurt.

"Mina, are you hurt? Or why are we here?" you asked, not knowing what her answer would be.

"Oh not really... But I have a nasty cut on my back that need to be cleaned" she shrugged, and turned to stand in line. You lit up.

"That's great!" you exclaimed, before wincing. "I don't mean it's great you have a cut but I have stuff at my place. I could patch you up there!" you smiled.

"Oh really? Great! Let's go" she turned swiftly around, already heading to your tent.

Pacing around the room, you pulled at your hair. It was all too much. It feels like you had been here for hours, arguing about what to do. Midoryia was sitting at the window, and he looked relaxed. That was what bothered you the most. The sweet and slightly creepy guy was actually a fucked up freak. Bakugou was sitting on the medical bed, staring at you as you paced around. He glanced at Midoryia, and clenched his fists.

"Y-you can't be serious Midoryia!" you turned to him. He simply turned to you, sending you an innocent smile.

"Serious about what N/n?"

"Serious about threatening me with Mina" you crossed your arms, you stood next to Bakugou.

"N/n... you just have to give me a chance, why won't you give me a chance?" he stood up and walked towards you. An arm hugged your waist and pulled you towards Bakugou.

"Because she's mine" Bakugou growled, and squeezed your waist.

"Bak-baaby..?" you glanced at Bakugou and blushed, he looked away with a scowl and a cute blush. Cute? no? "What I meant is that K-Katsuki is right. Midoryia, I can't give you a chance because I already gave it too Katsuki." you held Midoryias hand and softly squeezed it, and the arm around you squeezed harder. "And... you'er friends with Mina, aren't you? You can't do something like that to her!" you pleaded.

As soon as you said that, Mina walked into the room. She looked worried and glanced at everyone in the room. First Midoryia, she gave him a small smile. Then she looked at you and she let out a relived sigh. Then she looked at the arm around you, and then at Bakugou who was blushing.

"OMG Y/N WHY DIDN'T YOU TELL ME!!?? I have been waiting for this for ever!" she ran forward and held your hands.

"You have..?" you dumbly questioned.

"YES! And I'm so glad he finally confessed! I mean everyone has been waiting for him to just do it! I and Eijiro has been thinking about it for a looong time, we were about to tell you ourselves but I'm glad we didn't have to!" Mina smiled gleefully and you had frozen. Bakugou was grumbling something and suddenly his arm felt very much there. It was the only thing you could focus on.

"K-katsuki.. has liked me for a long time..?" you whispered, almost not audible.

"Enough! I.. I.. tch... shut up.." Bakugou flew up and out the door. Leaving everyone speechless and confused.

"Why are you shocked Y/N?" Midoryia smirked, he looked like an evil broccoli in a kids theater.

"Shut up Deku! You little motherfucker! I will literally fuck you up and make you wish it was Katsuki who did it instead!" you cursed, then in a few long strides, you pulled Deku down to your level by the collar. "Listen here you little fuck, never tell anyone about Minas secret... got it?" you whispered. Little droplets of sweat started to drip down Dekus face.

"O-ok.." he could only whisper back.

Mina stood at the door with a confused look. You were always a sweet angel, and you never got mad, at least not at Deku. So Mina realized that she must have missed a lot.

You stormed out the tent and dragged Mina out with you. Grabbing on the backside of her shirt. And on your way out, you missed Dekus little smile. That was the reason he loved you so much.

Now you were outside, on your way to the festival, you could already hear the cheers and laughter. You were mumbling about something when Mina cleared her throat.

"So um.. can you tell me what happened in there?" Mina stood with her hands on her hips. You stared at her for a whole minute before you let out a relaxed sigh.

"Finally... I'm going to tell you everything" you slightly smiled and giggled.

"First of, deku is a fuckin creep that wanted to compete for me and wanted to blackmail me into it, second, Bakugou came and 'protected' me by saying we were together and it didn't work because deku is a creep, and then you came and said Bakugou had liked me for a really long time and that fuckin suprised me, and now I don't know what to do about him!" you finished with a tired sigh, and sat down at a nearby bench.

"Wow.." she sat down besides you "that's fucked up" she chuckled and you rolled your eyes.

"You don't say!" you snorted a bit " I just don't know what to do now.. I have a feeling that deku won't quit.."

"You'er probably right, he won't quit" she paused for a moment "maybe you can blackmail him back or something"

"That could work, but with what?"

"I don't know, but moving on... you and bakugou..?" she smirked.

"Moving on.. how is everything.. um with your 'stomach'..?" you stroked her hand and ignored her question.

"Oh.. um I'm not pregnant thank god.."

"Oh that's good right?"

"Yeah but I'm.. kinda disappointed.. hehe.."

"Omg.. Mina, do you want to have a child? That's huge!"

"Is it? I just feel like were not ready..."

"Maybe just wait until after the competitions, maybe you'll be ready then?"

"Maybe.. I'll talk to him but anyways... you and bakugou?" she tried again with the same question.

"I-I don't know! One second we'er friends and then you tell me he has had feelings for me for a long time? How am I supposed to react?" you glared at her.

"Do you like him?" with just those words you became a blushing mess.

"I-I-I..I.. kinda..?" you cringed, you hated talking about crushes and stuff like that because it always ended up with you blushing and everyone teasing you.

"Eeeeee! I'm so happy for you! You guys is going to be so cute together!" she gleed, jumping in her seat.

"But I don't know if I want to date him!" you shook your hand in front of you, trying to calm her down.

"Why? You'er perfect for each other!" she whined.

"It just.. doesn't feel right, at least not now... maybe after.."

"You want him to compete for you?! That's great!" she hugged you, squeezing you.

"B-but how do... I tell him that?" you barley breathed against Mina.

"Oh... you do know he was planning to compete for you? He already signed up for you"

"No, he signed up to compete for some girl"

"You'er kidding me... you'er that dum , Y/n?" you slightly hit her arm.

"You know... now that I know the truth, I feel like I have missed a lot of things he has done... maybe I should give him flowers or something.."

"Maybe like red roses that matches his eyes.." you smiled and looked at the flowers.

"Wow.. you'er such a simp..."
