A night of violence
‘NH10′ happens to be one of the few films that I assumed would disappoint or, if not that, at least not interest me.
Surprisingly, it is impressive. Yes, it does have a bollywood twang to it, and the depicted reality may or may not be closer to reality. And not to forget a few loose ends or silly items that left unattended or overlooked (as the case may be).
Yet, it is refreshing. The violence has a sedentary effect, without the power to overwhelm one.
Unlike its poorer cousin which released earlier this year (read Badlapur), the plot of NH10 actually makes sense.
Above and beyond its intricacies, ‘NH10′ is a movie which justifies Anusha Sharma’s acting prowess; something that has not been captured since ‘Band, Bajaa, Baraat’.
