It is not everyday I can eat EVERYTHING that is offered at a gathering. Let’s just say that I was stuffed. It was like heaven. @SallyFallonMorell from @WestonAPrice presented wisdom from her #NourishingTraditions book at the Topanga Community Center. It was wonderful meeting her and giving her a signed copy of my book which she endorsed when I first wrote it. I received a signed copy of her book. Guess what?!? She invited me to be on her next podcast sharing my observations of what #Centenarians around the world consume. 😀🙏Centenarians are people who live over a 100 with longevity and vitality. The event was masterfully orgazined and catered by @HilaryBoynton @LiveyumYum aka the “lunch Lady” at the @Manzanitaedu and @CharlesBarth aka “Chuck” the fierce and fearless leader of @SlowFoodVenturaCounty. It was #FarmToTable at its best with locally grown, harvested and produced foods.
