mein gott I am so fucking tired!! And I've been so tired so much recently, and I get a lot of shit for it at home now, and I've just been like hoping that one day I magically get better so i can catch up on things, I know its probably a flare up but when you deal with this stuff your whole life you always ask yourself "Is this a flare up or have I now entered a new stage that I can never go back from". But anyways I think I am becoming more of a recluse in some way because 1. I am having less and less energy to go out into the world and when I am out it is becoming increasingly more difficult to keep up with stuff and 2. Since I am getting so much shit from my family for this be it genuine annoyance of mockery or belittling it has just become. Not worth it. To leave my room. Because if I leave then there is a chance I might get shit for being "lazy" or "unproductive"

I genuinely feel so trapped rn, even if i can open the door to my room i feel so trapped.
