kids gotta start playing with physical toys again i'm not even joking. if you've got nieces nephews kids of your own even a family friend with a little one you've gotta at least give them a stuffed animal, blocks, dolls, a tactile puzzle, ANYTHING i'm begging you. if you've got the jurisdiction to enact screentime limits PLEASE enact screentime limits. please

#ive been on my ''stop giving babies ipads'' streak ever since i found out people were giving babies ipads #but my parents also work in a school so now my disdain for the ipad baby is backed up by evidence of negative effects #my dad works with elementary schoolers on and off and he says the 1st grade teachers are scared bc #this group of kids doesn't have any hand strength and they are having a hard time with #basic tasks like cutting paper with craft scissors... its the ipad baby effect #please give your kids physical things to play with and also put restrictions on the screens #cricket.chatterbox
