Random thought but if someone advises you NOT to disclose a disability that will affect your work performance after you have ALREADY GOT THE JOB, do not listen to them! They are being ableist lmao
#like for an interview I get it but please please please tell your employer you have ADHD as soon as you begin working closely together#they need to know and you have nothing to be ashamed of#bc that’s really what this comes from; it’s ridiculous to advise people AGAINST getting accommodations#once they already have the job#text#ableism
