Scorpio risings are interesting cause they’re normally hard to read. You won’t really know much about them until you’ve been friends with them for years, and even then it’s iffy. I’m guessing you mean Sagittarius and Cancer together romantically? I would recommend looking at synastry cause sun signs are never enough to understand compatibility. And even then, any match can be compatible if you work hard enough and actually care for each other. But in general, I think Sagittarius and Cancer has potential. Jupiter is exalted in Cancer so I think these two have more in common than they would think at first. But they’re also different and that is usually fine for Sagittarius cause they’re mutable and love change and learning. Cancer would probably have a harder time especially cause they’re very emotionally guided. It’s also important for Sagittarius to remember to be gentle cause they can easily say things to hurt Cancer’s feelings.
