lrt drives me absolutely up the fucking wall bc diseases like this are already underfunded and ignored and now we get it reported as a totally different, unexplainable mystery disease that we have no hope of abetting, bc between conspiracy theorists and good ol ableism makes it so we can't objectively talk about any of it
