One of my favorite genres of ER episode is how everyone always bitches about Kerry, but the second she's gone for any time longer than one (1) shift duration and anyone else is left in charge, everything immediately implodes and all of the other attendings hound the boss like "where is Kerry please save us bring back Kerry we need her where is Kerry most blessed Kerry you must bring back Kerry."
