Becca never went to space to work on ALIE 2.0; after isolating the original ALIE inside of her island mansion, she moved to the Second Dawn Bunker to work on ALIE 2.0 

Eligius Corporation was not developed - while Becca had aspirations for space travel, the state of the world had more than enough issues on the ground to address, and the idea of corporatized space travel was not widely popular yet. Thus, Nightblood has not (yet) been developed.

IMPORTANT CHARACTER INFORMATION TO NOTE AND SHARE (this could be important headcanons for initial plotting, mini bios etc, supporting docs etc):

Becca was a child genius. At 10 years old, she attended Harvard University. By 18, she had received a Ph.D. and started a coding and technology company. Her hunger for knowledge is ravenous and her ability to consume it, seems to be endless.

Becca followed the trend of developing more advance AI with the purpose of doing so to improve the overall quality of life. This included exploration of the human mind and consciousness, working on developing Memory Drives but unable to find a way to safely implant them in living creatures due to radiation emitted from the device. 

After finding a biological pathway to the human consciousness, she and her co-worker developed an advance AI that they labelled ALIE. However, she recognized the lack of ethical decision making as a potential catastrophic problem with ALIE, and locked it down within the bunker on her island. 

When the Wildfire virus initially hit, Becca remained inside of the Second Dawn Bunker for several months. It was well enough stocked that she was able to do so and continue trying to build and perfect ALIE 2.0, certain that the AI would be helpful in trying to navigate a new, virus ridden world.

Becca emerged without having perfected ALIE 2.0 into a barely built Polis. She was able to integrate within them and use her unique genius to help engineering in regards to building and farming, helping to strengthen the main location of Polis. After much of the initial restructuring, she continued to access the Second Dawn Bunker to work on her research - drastically slowed by the impact of the virus and losing access to so much.

When Mount Weather is discovered, Becca is quietly hesitant to destroy it. While she does not want to continue the inhumane suffering put out by their scientists, she is deeply invested in knowing what they have found.

Once Mount Weather is taken over by the Coalition, Becca makes this her new primary location in order to take over the lab there. She spends significant time going through the research findings of the scientists who occupied it before her. She has worked to make the ways in which it could be weaponized more difficult to find. 

Becca begins working on the development of Nightblood due to previous incidences of being able to impact the development of the virus via radiation. She and a team go to her island to bring a radiation chamber to Mount Weather for the project.
