When winter refuses to leave the party and you’re stuck inside because your town is a perilously, glacial wonderland you have to raid the fridge😁... well, upstairs was asparagus and brussel sprouts to roast in EVOO, grabbed some potatoes to roast in the duck fat that was in the back corner of the vegetable crisper (it was from Christmas)😉... downstairs beer fridge was the treasure: a prime rib roast that has been aging for 3 weeks😎... too bad Jake wasn’t here, I had to eat his rib😜...
