From Chataranga, scoop your chest forward and up towards the front of the room coming onto the tops of your feet. Engage through your quads keeping only your feet and hands touching your mat. If this is tough on your body, you can take Cobra pose by placing the tops of your thighs onto the mat. If this is too much on your low back, take a Baby Cobra option: from the floor, place your hands under your shoulders, squeeze the shoulder blades back and down as you lift your chest up, keeping little to no weight in the hands. This is a great stretch for the front of the body so take your time, play around with different options, and enjoy your time on your mat!
