And it’s a very good recipe too, the ingredients list is below and there’s a highlight up on how I make this. I also plan to make it tomorrow inshaAllah, so will share it again on insta story! . . We plan to have this on Eid day with rice flour rotis for our lunch inshaAllah, I will be cooking the beef tomorrow regardless of when Eid will fall. Serves 4 1.5 kg Beef (1/2 kg beef ribs (sina)) 3 Large Onions, sliced 2tsp garlic paste 2tsp ginger paste 4 cardamom pods 2 cinnamon sticks (2inch long) 4 black peppercorn 4 cloves 2 bayleaves 1 cups Natural yoghurt Salt to taste 1/4 cup veg oil 2.5 tsp chilli powder 2.5 tsp coriander powder 2.5 tsp turmeric powder 2.5 tsp cumin powder 1/2 tsp Garam Masala Instructions have been added to my highlights...
