The Director provides strategic leadership and oversight in creating and delivering innovative career development programming to 1400+ students and 100+ business minors in the Georgetown McDonough undergraduate program. 聽S/he manages an overall strategy and develops programming that supports the mission of empowering students to make career decisions associated with their goals and objectives through career education, mentorship, and self-reflection in a Jesuit context.
