Yoga gives flexibility to our body, pranayaam  balances hormones in our body and gives calmness and peace in our life and strength training , body weight exercises like planks, pushups, chin ups, leg raises, crunches and many more other exercises gives shape and strength to our body. You can choose any sports like activities badminton, basketball, swimming, skipping to become more active.
·         Keep an eye on your weight. Do check it in twice a month. Also we should take a good sound sleep at least 8 hours a day. Don't take stress too much. I am great foodies and lead a sedentary life till the news of my child’s arrival. I was obese with PCOD and caught gestational diabetes. The problems I faced to overcome these drawbacks and bring healthy baby to this world taught me a great lesson. Gradually, I started a healthy routine which bore fruit during the birth of my second child. Till date I am continuing with the schedule and I am doing well.
·         I wake up early in the morning.
·         Drink 2 glasses of warm water.
·         Break my fast with nuts and dates.
·         Go for a walk.
·         Do stretching and play badminton for around 30-45 minutes.
·         Have a cup of green tea without sugar.
·         Have an early and sumptuous breakfast.
·         Have fruits before lunch.
·         Have an early and balanced lunch with yoghurt and salad as a must.
·         Evening snack with a biscuit and cup of warm milk.
·         Early and very light dinner mainly veggies and soup.
·         Early to bed.
An exception of day or two doesn’t affect much. I have been following this routine for the past 12 years and I am happy with it.
Every individual has his/ her unique metabolism. The things that suit me might not be suitable for others, but rather taking rather advice and that following rough diet by searching on Google, it’s better to ask right person according to your metabolism.

·         First of all start your day with warm water with honey and lemon as in the morning you should drink a glass of warm water to detoxify your body.
·         Go for half an hour walk or do some yoga and meditation as walk will give you some fresh air and clear your lungs, yoga and meditation will give you peace of mind and you will be able to maintain your weight too.
·         Eat 2 soak almonds and walnuts to make your joints and bone strong and healthy.
·         After that you can have some tea or coffee with fruits and sandwich. If you can have green tea or lemon tea that it is awesome as green will make your skin glowing and help in reducing weight.
·         Drink 2 to 3 liters of water in whole day as water is helpful in detoxifying and to make you active.
·         Try to walk 5000 to 1000 steps daily as walking is the best exercise to stay fit and active.
·         Do not consume alcohol too much as it will increase your weight ad your brain will stop working properly.
·         In the evening go to the park or gym for half an hour if you can as fitness is all about workout 1 hour per day.
·         Eat less junk food like pizza, burger, chips and oily food as they only increase your weight. Eat healthy food like sprouts, moong dal ka chilla, vegetables and fruits.
·         Eat dinner till 8 ‘o’ clock as our body is in active mode till 8 and your dinner will easily digest.
·         Try to sleep 8 to 10 hours per day as sleeping is the best solution to stay stress free.
·         Try to do some dance as if you will do dance activity every day as dance is the best exercise.
·         Be proud of what you are, don’t body shame yourself. Try to exercise but don’t burden yourself to look ‘good’ as per others standards. Your health is your positivity, not the depression you carry along with the dress you wear.
