This Kat Von D Beauty Cake Pencil Eyeliner glides on like a dream. It is very creamy and no need to pull on your lower lid to apply it and it is a very pigmented black. I tested it for about 2 weeks and the only con is that it fades away on the waterline by the end of the night but I havent come across any other eyeliners that don't, so it's not a big deal to me. The price is a little cheaper compared to other non-drugstore brands and I would definitely buy again since it is vegan. .
