July 2020 Turning 'I can't into I 'Can' - Cellular memory, quantum memory and how our bodies are reminded of what they're capable of. I talk to David about how after setting the expectations of my body low, I quickly surpassed what I believed was possible concerning my own strength and ability to accomplish heavy lifting tasks and more. I have coaches and mentors too! Four years ago, I dropped a lot of people who were supporting me in the wrong things. I wasn't getting anywhere.
