well would ya look at what the cat dragged in ? it’s me, ya girl pace, with another Woman. pace productions is proud to present my darling little grandma-stuck-in-a-twenty-something-year-olds-body. it’s been a hot second since i played her ( and the first time with nic as her fc ! this is freya 3.0, ladies and gummy worms ! ) so i’m positively jazzed to bring her back into the world. 

ABOUT:

it feels wildly unoriginal to have a nicolette fc be a waitress, but i promise that she’s always been a waitress ! nothing else seemed to fit right, and i did think about changing it when i chose miss robinson, but freya’s always been a waitress when i’ve played her ! don’t fix what ain’t broken, baby ! but i did throw her being a bartender in to spice things up a little.

she’d never worked behind a bar in her life before moving to bayhaven, and got the job based on enthusiasm and a big grin, but she got the hang of it eventually. she works at a lil’ pub in pearl heights, so it’s nothing fancy --- mostly pulling pints and mixing malibu with coke. her main job is waitressing, though, and while she does help out clearing up tables in the pub, she mostly works at a cute lil cafe in heron hill.

she, herself, lives in coral crest ! it is entirely her vibe, and i may have written it thinking it’d be a perfect place for freya to live, oops.

she moved to bayhaven six months ago, after breaking up with her fiancee. they’d always planned to move to bayhaven after they got married, and after they broke up, freya moved anyway to start fresh.

and start fresh she did ! new hobbies, new city, new hair, the whole shebang ! she decided to take on everything, trying all kind of new things, from archery to knitting to baking to rockclimbing. some things stuck more than others, but she’s just trying to Find her like,, Bayhaven Self, and establish herself as a like a Single Adult, as she was with her fiancee for so long and everything was so comfortable, and now it’s Different.

originally, freya’s from cardiff ! she’s a city girl at heart, and other than that brief stint on a farm as a teenager, she’s always lived in a city ! she lived in wales until the age of nineteen, where she then moved to london for a job opportunity. she claims to be The Most welsh person you’ll ever meet in bayhaven, but if anybody wants to dispute that, be my guest !

she’s a sweetheart, but so unbelievably sensitive. if you upset her six months ago, she won’t forget, and you’ll be very lucky if she forgives. she just takes everything to heart, but she’s always kind to others.

she’s practically a grandma. always knitting, always baking cookies for people, always has boiled sweets in her bag to offer to randoms on the bus, watches all the soaps religiously, it’s like she’s eighty.

speaking of sweets, she has the biggest sweet tooth on the planet. she takes four sugars in her tea, and i’d like to fully disown her for it. cannot walk past a bakery without temptation, always turns to cake when she’s sad ( or like... a puppy. or a baby. if anybody has a muse with a puppy/kitten/baby/toddler that would be up for freya just giving said puppy/kiten/baby/toddler a snuggle when she’s feeling blue, yeehaw ! )

moving meant giving up her stable, Financially Tasty job, and it’s hard for freya to figure out what she wants to do with her life now. she doesn’t really have any... goals ? other than to focus on herself and be happy and do what makes her happy. but as far as pushing forward, she doesn’t have much going on. she could never afford university, so never went, so she’s not exactly overwhelmed with qualifications, and she has no career related,,, Drive ? she’s just sort of,, lost ?

she’s one of three kids, sitting slap bang in the middle of her older brother and younger sister, and as protective as she is over her sister, her brother is twice as protective over the both of them.

��ello for the third and final time ! pacey back at it again with a Gal. this time w/ the loml, sofia. what’s rlly exciting for me is that i’ve never actually played sof in a group before ? she’s an old ass muse but has only ever been played in like private 1x1 mumu type things, so putting her in a group for the first time ? egg siting. she’s also usually younger, and i’ve never played her single before, so this should be a load of fun ! let’s shake things up, babie.

ABOUT:

as a california girl ( they’re unforgettable !! ) sof’s a long way from home. if she thought she was always cold back home ( and she did ) she since wants to eat her words. so not only is she Suffering w/ the weather ( even after three years of being in the uk ) but everyone else around her will be, too, as she will complain about it, and she’s such a ‘i’m gonna stick my cold hands on you for no reason’ person. 

as you can see above, sofia’s been in bayhaven for a year, but she’s been in the uk for three years !

la will always be her home, and it’s definitely more her pace tbh ( and more Suitable for work ) but she’s happy to be in bayhaven for a lil bit. it’s kinda like she’s like getting Living Elsewhere out her system, with the full intention to go ‘home’ eventually. it wasn’t her idea to make the jump to move to the uk, but she was happy to, and then it was her idea to move to bayhaven ! and prolly stay until her visa runs out !

back home, she has a lovely lil’ nuclear family. mom, dad, lil brother, the whole shebang. nice, supportive famalam, nothing too Wild to say there !

she loves her job now, but she unfortunately fell into the horrible stereotype of ‘those who don’t do, teach’ as she was never quite able to make it as a dancer. someone who believes in fate ( i.e. not sof ) might say that everything happens for a reason and things were supposed to happen the way they did, but everything that could’ve lead to a ‘big break’ for her, fell through, including needing to pull out of a dancing gig for a u.s tour for a musician ( i’m not being intentionally vague, i just don’t know who lmao. i’ve always imagined someone Big, but don’t want to be cringey by like… setting a name in stone or w/e ? ) due to breaking her ankle, and turning down the chance to join a respected dance company because her uncle passed away ( and while she hardly knew him and the death didn’t hit her hard, she wanted to be around for her mother ) as it would’ve required her to move away. so, instead, sof went into teaching, using her talent to train the masses. and by masses we mean young dancers aged twelve to sixteen.

the vocal coaching aspect actually happened accidentally. one of the kids she teaches asked her to help her prepare for an audition and run through a song with her… and then it became ongoing… and then another couple of kids asked… and, well, why not ? her voice and training goes to waste otherwise ( and she has like,, a nice strong belty voice that’s perfect for musical theatre, she just never had the interest. think… someone like alison luff, maybe ? great pitch, nice tone, stellar control, hell of a belt on her, ya know – but still seems reasonable that it’d come out of someone as tiny as sof ) and singing in the car and in the shower definitely don’t count. it’s just a bit of extra income, and putting to use a skill that otherwise gets ignored, but it’s something she does properly now, and took with her when she moved both times ! has a website and lil business cards and everythin’ !

she’s an extremely active person. not only does she keep fit and healthy due to ( or because of ) work, but almost all of her hobbies involve some sort of physical activity, and she’s always off doing something. like if she’s not at the gym, she’s at work, if she’s not at work, she’s doing some sort of class, if she’s not there, she’s on a hike, if she’s not there, she’s gone ice skating or rock climbing or god knows what. when she does sit her ass down, she loves a good book and can be partial to the odd tv series — but the problem with sof is that she either wants to watch the darkest, most twisted shit on the planet, or the most light-hearted funny-funny life-is-good-no-frets-just-laughs sitcoms, and there is no in-between. those are her two genres.

friends: it’s an oldie but a goldie ! but we all need pals ! sofia’s a social creature, loves a night out, could maybe do a with a gym buddy or a hiking pal, those mates that are great for a grumble-about-life session over a coffee, etc etc !

folks she knows through work: if any muses have appropriately aged kids ( little siblings ? cousins ? ) she could teach in her dance classes ? that’s a fun one !

exes: sofia’s the muse i probably have the most wiggle room with when it comes to most kinds of past-encounters, but especially with exes and such ! i’m… really open ? i don’t want to say i’m up for anything but basically that !

Xander grew up in Coral Cove, Bayhaven, with his adopted family until he was around 21.

He worked at a coffee shop for three years while he tried to find his biological family before moving to the States for art school and he moved to a few different places before returning two years ago to be closer to home.

He now resides above a bookshop in Shearwater, where he works from home as a comic book artist. He does well enough for himself and has seen his name on a couple of big publications with Marvel but now works for an independent company in the UK where he’s actually being allowed to be creative.

His biological father has been in touch and they had a tentative relationship before he announced that, as a politician who would potentially gain quite a bit of notoriety, they would have to cut contact. 

Xander did not respond well to this and outed himself to his father’s ‘new’ family which has not gone down well. 

He’s not the most outgoing person but he is disgustingly loyal to the point he’s been screwed over a few times. Prefers to hide behind a screen where he can and is occasionally a bit awkward but he does try his best to be more outgoing.

We are piloting something new on every 5th Wednesday - BH Intro. When I came back from Kansas City, the only instruction that the Lord gave me in pioneering BH was: 1) To keep showing up in the prayer room like how I did in Kansas City 2) Share my witness of Jesus' desire through the encounters that sent me back 3) He will be the One who will draw the people in. We have been faithful in creating that space of prayer for the last 6 years for the Lord to plow the hearts of His people who showed up in the prayer room. I believe BH Intro is a platform where the Lord will weave the storylines of individuals who will say yes to His desire that will write a story of His great worth in the nations. He groaned. First class, first day, chemistry? Which god had he pissed off, precisely? He stared at his phone a long moment, considered calling Ben, asking him to talk to his parents about Alaric living with them; and then threw his bag under the table, and slumped against the desk.

He'd show his parents. He'd fail every fucking thing, and they'd realize moving him before senior year made them idiots.
