One of the many animal species that reside on the African continent and also in Australia is the Ibis (sister species to the African Sacred Ibis) In Australia they have been dubbed Bin chickens, this is due to the fact that they forage through trash cans looking for food , loitering in McDonalds car parks in pseudo ‘hungry teenage gangs’ waiting for leftover Big Macs.Due in large part because of drought and also the relentless urban sprawl which has destroyed many of their habitats and turned them into environmental refugees. Most view these beautiful creatures as pests...
